The company faces significant criticism regarding the quality and usability of its shed plans, with many customers describing the materials as poorly drafted, incomplete, and largely sourced from free online resources. Concerns about the checkout process, upselling tactics, and difficulties in obtaining refunds further exacerbate customer dissatisfaction. While some reviews note a positive experience with the refund process, the overall sentiment leans heavily towards disappointment and frustration. The lack of effective customer support and misleading marketing claims contribute to a negative reputation, suggesting a need for improved transparency and product quality.

Agree with everyone else. I bought the three parts and they are worthless. Can't get a refund from a non-active mail account and no number to call. Will contact ClickBank and file fraud claim. Suggest you don't fall into this scam.
SCAM ALERT! I was had. Never again. This company just fu@% other possibly legitimate online businesses out of a potential customer.
Its a scam. You can't even find a phone number to get your 100% refund. I should say what plans they are so old. No blueprints no nothing
It's a scam. The 'product' is a bunch of old plans from the '70's that are completely irrelevant today. No materials lists. No step-by-step instructions.
Ryan Henderson is probably sitting on a beach in Tahiti sipping martinis on a gazebo made from all the cash he scammed by selling old Popular Mechanics magazine scans online. I wish I thought of it.
I ordered the shed plans based on the photos in their advertising video, because of 6 treehouse and shed plans that I needed.
They advertised I would get a materials list, plans, blueprints to take to city for permits.
After paying and downloading all of the "plans", I did not get anything that contained blueprints or material lists. Most of the "plans" are from old magazines and Universities. They are of woodworking plans from Popular Mechanics in the 1960's & 1970's. There are HARDLY ANY SHED PLANS, but they advertised 12,000 shed plans.
No where did I get the plans, blueprints, or material lists for the ones SHOWN in their advertising video.
I filed 3 tickets with their "support". Everytime I logged back in to see what they wrote about my complaint, the customer support ticket says there is an error in me loggin in.
There is NO PHONE NUMBER NOR EMAIL ADDRESS to contact them. They totally ignore you. I reran the video and took screen shots of the sheds and treehouses that they show, but I do not have a way or place to send them to get this resolved.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, THEY ARE A RIP OFF! I wish I had searched on complaints before I bought. I bought in June 2013 and they have not responded to my requests since and today is Sept. 24,2013 and I have tried multiple times per week!
UPDATE: Today is 7-23-2015 and still no response to my claim tickets nor any type of response. UGH!
I have been looking for a specific set of shed plans and repeated internet searches continued to bring up this site. I finally took the plunge on July 1 and bought the package as well as the VIP upgrade. I felt with the 100% money back guarantee I could not go wrong. It took me several days to sort through the randomness of the downloaded files to find the specific plan I was looking for. I found the plan after a few days of searching and when I opend the plan I did not find plans but rather the website I could go to and BUY the plans. Not exactly what I was expecting. I have sent 3 seperate emails and I initiated a claim ticket with no response to date. I called my bank and contested the charges and then I found this site. A two minute call to click bank and they refunded my charges. Call them, they were great to deal with. As for myshedplans.com, I will not be going back.
JUNK! Buyer beware! IF it is too late, follow the advice of one of the other reviewers. Call Click Banks, *******035, and they will be good about giving you a refund quickly.
I too fell victim to this site in search of a basic 10x12 shed plan. After receiving no response from the site email program, I called click bank who they do their billing to and got a refund. Click banks # is *******035 and you can actually talk to a person, unlike the site. Hope this helps some people looking for their money back.
I, like many others, fell victim to the false promises of this site. #1. Try the plans risk free for 7 days before you are billed a dime... my PayPal was charged the very next day. #2. If you are not satisfied you will recieve a complete refund... emailed them immediately after I opened the files, before they even billed me, and am still waiting for a reply and my refund! All I wanted was plans and materials list for a simple 10x10 shed... you would think that in "12,000 projects" I would find them... no. Just recycled free web content. SCAM!
Absolute garbage!
A collection of downloaded material - overwhelming in quantity & worthless in quality!
Save your money... buy anything else you find online... no matter what you choose, it will most certainly offer more value!
This site is worthless. Nothing more then a bunch of plans that the everyday person could not use. I tried 5 times to contact and ask for their 100% money back guarantee. Not once did they respond and they do not offer a telephone number. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they had filings on them but said the address is a hoax for the physical location. Disputed the credit card charge to get money back. They never tried to overturn the dispute.
This is merely a fraud. I ordered the plans expecting a CD and was directed to a download site that contained free plans from a variety of other web sites that had been downloaded. The information that was provided generally wasn't helpful and I will still need to fork out additional money to purchase plans to build my shed.
Site is misleading. Down loaded product does not live up to the claims made.
I wish I would have found this site before I gave these scammers any of my money. I should've been suspicious when I saw too many of their similiar ads/reviews as a good product - as if they were putting too much effort to sell you. I took a gamble and lost. Only 1 of the plans I looked at had a material list. One of the plans wasn't even legible. The same night I contacted customer support for my 100% money back guarantee never to hear from them again... unless you count the SPAM I'm gettiong from them asking me if I want to make $ selling their product. I'll need to watch my VISA card now because I don't trust these people at all. Please don't waste your money or time with these people.
I have to agree with the other comments on the website. The free shed plan was great and got me interested in getting the entire program. But as I was to get a free 7-day download and plans then be charged at the end of the 7 days turned out to be false. It immediatlely took the money out of my account and after spending over 2 hours trying to download the crap plans I decided to get a refund. I have filed 3 refund claims in 14 days without response to any of them and the money is not back in my account. They need to be put out of business.
Bought the product - it's a download. You don't know it's a download until purchase. And, it's a collection of dozens of downloads, not a single one. The CD is $20 more. The plans are not indexed at all, so you can't search on just sheds, or other product categories. Many of the plans are just brochure-like PDFs that link back to some other website where the plans cost additional money. And, I highly doubt there are 12,000 or anything in this package. The "course" is a collection of regurgitated tidbits, nothing coherent at all. Disappointing to say the least.
I agree with the other reviews. Most of the materials provided are outdated and questionably sourced. Anyone could find better support materials on their own with just a little time searching the web and with no $$$ leaving their pockets. Also, regarding the money back guarantee, that would require the vendor to respond to your inquiries, which they don't. If you fall prey to this scheme and discover the SiteJabber review after, it is possible to get a refund if you paid with a credit card. Contact your credit card vendor and explain that the product is fraudulent. The credit card company will refund your money. BTW, Ted'swoodworking.com is the same ripoff that myshedplans.com is. Stay away.
The sample download is in great detail with all dimensions, and veiws. However, once you pay for the full download... you are screwed! Most of the crap you can't even read because the quality is so poor. And it is basically a bunch of incomplete plans thrown together haphazardly. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY THIS CRAP! You will not get any redund as promised. This guy won't even respond to your email.
This site advertizes thousands of shed plan when in fact they have a small number of just sheds. They give you "tons" of usless plans for other stuff - but NOT shed plans. They also advertize "Money-back Guarentee" which is worthless because they never read your emails asking for a refund. They simply reply with more offers for you to gert rid of your money on some other scam. Don't do business with them!
Don't do it. Nice web site, but don't be fooled. I agree with the other coments. You won't get what you are promised.
Answer: Ditto. It's a scam because, like many other Internet scams of this nature, they have used bogus "review" sites they created themselves (I checked with ICANN) to falsely pump up their value. They charge your credit card immediately, without allowing you to review your purchase, and most importantly, they have ripped off a lot of the "product" from either free sites, such as universities, or even commercial sites that surely don't realize that their product is being used this way. They also have false promises, such as that all the plans will have instructions, etc. Not so, It's just a crazy compliation of junk they scoured off the Internet, repackaged in what seems like about a half hour. Totally bogus.
