Dear myPOS Team,
I am writing this letter to provide my honest review regarding my experience with myPOS services. While your platform offers convenience for managing business payments, I have encountered certain issues that I believe require immediate attention.
1. Unjustified Deductions:
During my transaction, a deduction of €124.01 was made without a clear explanation. This amount was deducted as a fee from a €5000 transaction, and when I requested a refund, I was informed that I needed to deposit an additional €124.01 to process the refund.
2. Lack of Transparency:
There was no prior notification or detailed breakdown regarding the deduction and its impact on the refund process. This has caused significant confusion and dissatisfaction.
3. Customer Support Challenges:
While I attempted to seek clarity through customer support, the responses were either delayed or did not sufficiently address my concerns. I believe better communication and transparency could help improve the customer experience.
I strongly urge myPOS to review such policies and implement measures to ensure transparency and fairness in your processes. This would not only improve customer satisfaction but also strengthen trust in your platform.

Unfortunately not leave a good review well because when signing the contract, which took place via e-mail, I was not informed that to use the online services there was a commission of 3.33% to pay,
I think this is not very serious, fortunately I realized in time and avoided very high fees.
This company target small businesses but then make it impossible to actually open the account. They keep asking for the same information over and over again. You can never get through on the phone. Over 3 weeks since buying the card and still no account.
Save the hassle and don't bother
MyPos blocked our account after 3 transactions total of 500 EUR.
No valid reason, no warning and no logical explanation. Just "security" reasons. Our clients have in all cases made 3D secure payments, with invoices and service already delivered.
I will update this post with any potential solution. Currently not counting on much from this gang of crooks.

Do not recommend this company, slow service if anything comes up and was just a waste of time for me. Save yourself the waste of trying to open an account with my pos and use find other services.
Bought the Card machine and then need to resend it to them as they refuse to open an account so that I can use the machine.
So they have had my money for 3 months for the card machine... Stay away from this company.

This is a Fraud, stay away! Bulgarian SCAM! If you buy the "service" there, you can be sure, after few months, -no service, no money, nothing. During the first few months of the work, this fraudulent group will hold the part of your money from EVERY transaction ( withheld amount). mypos.eu will provide the "bulgarian guarantee": after 180 days (?) of the hold, your money ( withheld amount) will be forwarded to your account. Never trust! The Lie! 200 days was passed!, 27 attempts without success, 119 requests,- is not possible to receive your money back. Never trust for mypos.eu! Run away, keep your money!
I thought of being their client and regretted at all that I had started.
For more than three weeks they send me to send them documents and more documents to answer their questions and then after two days of waiting send the same questions and requests to the same documents again. Ignore your explanations and answers, the response in customer service is terrible. Every day you are assured that this is you will get the approval and then two days later you are asked for more documents. If this is the way they work now I don't want to think what will be later.
In short this Company is an absolute nightmare to deal with because of its admin processes and regulations in place.
For 1 Email Address change request, i had to provide them with:
1. Full Name the Account is under
2. Company Name
3. My Company Registration Number
4. My current email
5. My Country Id card
And after i provided everything they asked for more and here is comes:
6. My Account Id Number
7. Once more company name and to what email.to change ir to.
And it goes on.
But not enough of that.
To top it all off i had to once more be on the Phone to them to verify everything again, wasting another 5 minites of my time.
I hate this company and would not recommend it to anyone!
I've been working with mypos for over a year and I'm very satisfied, they have great customer service and I've never had any problems other than it's super easy to work with.
A friend suggested looking at MyPos as we were using izettle. After doing some research I bought 2 MyPos Go's from amazon where I found the best price. Rates were 0.99% so much less than I was paying with izettle, almost half! I opened my account which was fairly easy, I had to provide some proof of identification as you would expect. Been using the system for a few months now and I have to say I'm impressed. The app is so easy to use, I've added over the phone payments now which is a big help. One machine is mobile with deliveries and having a built in sim is so much easier than having to connect to my phone each time. I use the debit card to pay suppliers all the time now, I can take a payment and spend it straight away again so much better than my previous setup. We haven't had any problems but when I had to contact MyPos with a question they were great, got straight through and got an answer in minutes. I can highly recommend MyPos, wish I'd switched earlier, great system and so much cheaper.
My experience was very positive. They did everything they could to help me in a timely manner, and it was all sorted.
I'm satisfied of the service, because myPOS accepts all types of payments - cash and cashless. Probably the thing that attracted me the most was that I can receive payments instantly, which is just perfect for my business. It is easy to be integrated with e-commerce too. I recommend!
Quick and friendly service, i would recommend mypos.eu to my friends and business partners. It is all in one solution (POS terminal, Business card and account). It is easy to observe all your payments in real time.
SCAM ALERT!
They use untrustworthy corresponding banks and as a result a transfer of EUR 2808 is lost, since October 2018!
Although I am in constant communication with them, they reply generaly and casualy
They do not guarantee the transfers of clients and ALTHOUGH THEY SELECTED THE CORRESPONDING BANK they did not refund me

Do not trust MyPos with your money! They are dishonest and will do anything they can to take advantage of you. Bulgarian company with Bulgarian business ethics. JUST STAY AWAY
They blocked my two accounts with a lot of money in them, for no reason! They dont answer to any mail! What can I do?
I bought myPOS go 2 which cannot be used. Selling such a useless payment terminal is fraud. MyPOS company is scammer.
Mypos looks like a company that helps money laundering. That is why they try to show that they are tough on checking document that they do not understand.
In Sweden there is no other taxi licence. They want same documen again and again. I hope no swedish company try to open mypos account. I spend lot of my veluable time with this Mypos Scam company. I am very sorry. I have to throw away to trush MYPOS Go 2 with debit card.
I have no time to return that and demand to get my money back.
It's really a good payment terminal and very simple. The verification process took me 2 days. I recommend 200% mypos
I am user for 2 years now and was really amazed that there are no monthly fees. The system works just great!
Stay away from them, they want to know more than required by law, statements, banks statements, account statements, annual reports, personal information, when you go to the toilet.
Eventually sent back their device and received only a partial refund minus the shipping, which by law is not even allowed. This is quite ironic coming from a company that holds the law in such high regards.

2. Refunds
In case the conditions for the Returns above are satisfied, you will get a full refund of the amount that you paid for the Product as stated on the invoice. Refunds will be transferred to your card used for payment or via a bank transfer to your bank account held in a reliable bank."
Hmm even their own return policy states that a full refund is to be made after receiving back their useless product...

Answer: Been using them for a few months, definitely not a scam. Very easy to use and much cheaper than my previous machines.
