This company is a scam and it's a fraud it will rip you off it ripped me off of my time and my credit card information I was to get paid over $100 in gift cards and when I went to redeem them they deactivated my account and there's no way to contact them to find out what the heck is going on and they won't pay out obviously
I have been a member for several years and enjoy doing the surveys, 95% of the time. I use them as birthday gifts for my great nieces and nephews. When I have earned more than I need for those gifts, I send them to non-profits. They love receiving the Target cards.
Redeemed points for e gift card. Received confirmation email but no gift card. Have written 3 emails asking about the card and only received ticket number and "we'll look into it" and never get a response.
Disappointed that alot of times i get more than half way through a survey, (they got all the answers to the questions) and then the survey says I didn't qualify. Time spent and no points. Other point offers are good but sometimes you have to purchase something to get points.
This company use to be good. Lately they seem to have people running the show that has no idea on building a company. They will treat you with disrespect and call you names. Can you believe that a company can do this and stay in business? I'm sure the company will not be around much longer. Don't use this company!
I spent money at various stores and accumulated points then tried to redeem for a Walmart gift card. I am still trying for 3 weeks to get my gift card. They first tell you it is being processed... Then I start a customer service ticket after receiving nothing. Now I get an email from compliance department asking for a photocopy of my government issued ID for them to keep on file. I have no idea who these people are and certainly don't want them having a copy of my ID. You accumlate points then they make you jump through all kinds of hoops if you try and redeem them. I wish I knew this going in. The time it takes to get a lousy $25 Walmrt gift card is not worth it at all. Don't waste your time on MyPoints. There are a. Lot of other companies doing the same exact thing out there
I have made several transactions without any issues except a few purchases that seem to not get tracked quite frequently through the site. I've had to make missing miles inquiries several times which is ridiculous. They ask you to send in a screenshot of the confirmation emails etc. I've done this with all of my disputes and have been credited accordingly. However, my last encounter was highly disappointing. They refused to credit my account after several attempts to solve the issue. I sent in all the screenshots they asked for, yet they are telling me it wasn't purchased through their site and made a million excuses beforehand such as not having the right web browser ( I do), or having flash player installed (I do), or that the merchant revoked my purchase because I cancelled my subscription (I did not). Nothing but excuses, and they take no accountability for issues on their end. Give credit when credit is due, not blame the consumer smh. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

Answer a daily poll question, watch videos, take surveys, print coupons, and more to earn points to redeem for a variety of gift cards. It's fun and easy. I usually get Amazon gift cards. I use my gifts to buy gifts.
I'm having some issues with surveys and I'm not getting any responses. I'm also very disappointed in The My Goals criteria. Each month it gets harder and harder. The nCrave is never available, the search never gives points, the video take up to 20 minutes at least. Very discouraging. It seems like MY Points doesn't want to let us make our goals. Very disappointing.
Surveys and getting disqualified and never any tangible reason is beyond annoying, having lmost completing a survey and all of a sudden it kicks you out, getting told while wtching videos that you are watching them too fast... they are pre-timed you can only watch them as they are, many times one video is disabled so the whole set is not earning points.
If you can deal with these annoyances on a weekly basis, the gift cards are great.
This is a great website! I really like that I can give my opinions in surveys & be rewarded for them. It is also nice that I get to choose what gift card I want. I would recommend this to anyone looking who is looking for a site that treats you right & you can earn gift cards easily!
I have gotten many cards over time with my points. However, the only thing I am questioning is points for my receipts. I tried to upload and the system kept telling my receipt didn't qualify. Emailed and got the same scripted message that they had to look in to it. Still waiting on my Hallmark Reward Points.
Originally the site was amazing, but it has gone downhill as far as quickness of earning points for rewards unless you take advantage of only the highest earning opportunities which generally are reserved for the highest cost stores.
Know we have to qualify for us we waste hrs. Get nothing if we never qualify.
Set time limit to br fair to us doing surveys.
We work long for a buck. Don't take advantage. When goes forever feel used for a buck.
I do enjoy otherwise.
I try to go through mypoints for all purchases, love the points give for purchases and the rewards given. Recommend the site to everyone who wants to save on purchase while earning points for future gift cards of your choice.
I have been using MY POINTS for many years. A friend introduced me to this website. It's a great way to earn points all year long. I always redeem my points for gift cards for Christmas. It's a good and easy way to shop for the people on my list who are hard to buy for.
I like the rewards that I earn through MyPoints, but if you ever have a problem with the website, receiving rewards, or any other issue, forget about receiving a response to emails or webform inquiries. I don't think anyone is home. I imagine that MyPoints is run from an unmanned satellite somewhere in space, with nothing but monkeys or rats at the controls.
I am very happy with My Points survey company. They have a lot of survey's for me to do.
