Stingy on stuffing

I bought a king size pillow over 10 years ago and I love it. It was due to be replaced so I ordered another. IT IS NOT THE SAME. THEY GOT STINGY or too greedy AND NOW ITS A WIMPY CRAPPY PILLOW LIKE YOU GET AT THE DEPARTMENT STORE... NO! ITS ACTUALLY WORSE.
Why didn't they keep up the AMERICAN MADE IN MINNESOTA QUALITY?! My guess is greed and money.
I called and left a message about 3 weeks ago and never heard back from their proud family of pillow makers. DON'T BOTHER, I CAN GET A BETTER QUALITY PILLOW ANYWHERE for half the price. SHAME ON YOU MIKE LINDELL! YOU LOST ME AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF PILLOWS, I BOUGHT YOUR BODY PILLOW, I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS AND NOW YOU CHEAPED OUT. BOOOOO.
I want my money back!

I placed an order on Father's Day. I paid extra for express shipping. It got shipped to the wrong address. Then I emailed customer service and they told me to wait to confirm that I haven't received the order. Then the following day. I called customer service and was told that I would get a call back. However I didn't. Then my husband proceeded to call and actually got a hold of someone. He was told that they would ship the item right away and that I would receive a new email confirmation. I didn't receive it so I had to get ahold of them again. Then it's been 4 days since they said they would ship the new order and yet I haven't received an email or anything saying that they shipped the order. I paid for express shipping but it's like I might as well not have because it's going to get here if I just paid for regular shipping. The workers from the customer service people to the supervisors are just completely lazy and useless! Never will I ever order something from my pillow again. I am completely disgusted with the service that I have received

Worst pillow ever

You know I saw this guy on TV and thought this pillow was the best pillow in the world, NOT! The pillow was a lumpy, cheaply made pillow I have ever seen or used.
My wife purchased pillows at Kohl's Department store that are a much higher quality than the My Pillow. It is like sleeping on a bunch of hard small lumps in a pillow case that is poor quality.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BY A DIFFERENT PILLOW!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They may be Make America Great Again advocates, but they sure do not walk the walk. I ordered via website, ordered King size. They shipped Queen size. How can you trust someone that inept? So I sent it back for a refund. Since I want a refund, they charge fees. I DID NOTHING WRONG, THEY MADE THE ERROR, YET I PAY FOR THEIR INEPTITUDE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

There are cons

I bought 2 pillows using a buy one get one, for the latest model 2.0.
When I received them my first impression was that I may have been scammed and was set on the return process whole heartedly. So I begun the unwrapping careful to keep all packaging, removed pillows and let them take their shape from the compressed packing. While waiting I unpacked the pillow covers, they smelled terrible from the factory, I could sense the company was cutting corners, but kept going. The covers felt thick and color matched the room perfect so I was going to keep them, and feel the buy one get one deal is a good value, these turned out being very good.
I chose one medium pillow and one medium firm, (green orange), medium firm was perfect, the other softer medium is the con. It is so obvious that the way they made it less firm was to use less fill. But the problem is the pillow is same size, so fill is same just less and is floating around inside like something is missing. That's not a professional concept, that's kicking the can down the road, if you can't make a proper firmness choice don't make it. It would be a disaster to see what the soft looked like. I have kept both to conduct a service life review and to thoroughly test them, to see if I am missing the genius in the floppy one. I have slept well and haven't thrown them away when sleeping.

Horrible Pillow

I purchased a MyPillow through a Groupon deal. Worst pillow I have ever owned. It feels like someone chopped up some carpet pad and put it in some cloth. I feel it was a total waste of money.

I started off buying two of these pillows my own test. Now I have them in my guest rooms and keep the travel pillow in my vehicles. Everyone that has used them has ended up ordering their own.

The pillow was in excess of $50.00 and was really just foam remnants off the floor of a mattress factory.
The outer case a little itchy too. Would not buy one again.

Pillows not politics

I am completely turned off by this company the way Mike Lindell has made an absolute fool of himself. I had quite a bit of admiration and respect for him for his work in rehab and overcoming his own addictions. But he has lied so much that now I really don't know that we can believe anything that comes out of this man's mouth. He has lost all credibility. Go back to making pillows instead of fpolitical blunders, Mike! Also, I was willing to pay a bit extra knowing it was an American company. However, Lindell said on the Jimmy Kimmell Show that he buys all his fabric for the pillow covers and sheets OVERSEAS in Egypt! He said there are no weavers in the US but that is a FLAT OUT LIE! One search online and you can find hundreds! So, for the HUGE price of around $50 I paid for a pillow which is made from CHEAP OVERSEAS materials, I will NEVER buy from this dishonest businessman again. The pillow is made CHEAP, POOR QUALITY. Not a $50 pillow.

I bought 2 pillows from Mypillow.com the first couple nights they were great but I noticed they started to go flat. Like not enough filling in them. I contacted them sent the pillow back and never received a refund or replacement. I even have the tracking number. Its been 2 years and I have contacted better business bearu and state attorney general over this hopefully I can get a refund. I paid 109 dollars for two pillows but only have one because they wont replace it or refund or send back the one I bought. I don't know how this is legal! I do NOT recommend buying anything from them. The product I had did have problems and they wouldn't honor the 60 day warranty. I only had the pillows less than a week. I have been going back and forth through email with my pillow customer service and they are Horrible. They ask the same question repeatedly and even use different people to send emails so it's like talking to someone completely different each time you call. Repeating what the problem is and so on. Then no help what so ever. Very unprofessional and rude. If you but from the my pillow then good luck to you and I hope you don't have same issues as I do with products and customers service. They also have a law suit against the company for faulty advertising on the filling in the pillows. You can look it up.
