I think I could have gone to Wal-Mart and bought a bag of stuffing to fill a pillowcase. This pillow is no better than anything out there. A bunch of stuffing. Nothing special. Total waste of money.
A $4.99 Walmart Pillow is better. I called Customer Service to ask what the return policy was. It was a joke. I won't go into details. $50.00 down the drain. Dont be a sucker like me.
I have no interest in the political hype regarding this company. I just wanted a good night's sleep. The first two worked so well I bought two more for my guest beds. No complaints there either.
I received my slippers in June did not start wearing them until November because they're too warm for summer slippers and I live in the south so when it started to become cold I put my slippers on I didn't want my feet to get cold they get cold quick after less than a month of wearing them and not wearing them every day they are now falling apart for $50 for a pair of slippers with $90 off the cheapest pair of slippers I ever bought I have slippers that I have bought from Walmart for $5 and they don't have holes in them I have written three or four reviews and I have never heard back from this company I will never ever buy from him again he's not a very good Christian after all he's ripping a lot of people off and I will not recommend them to people I will make sure I tell everybody. When i saw the 6 piece bath towel set on clearance I figured...why not. So quickly went to the site and right there on the front page saw my target. I clicked the towel set, selected my color and added to cart. I added my 6 piece towel set promo code and hit buy. My phone dinged with the confirmation email and I sat back and waited for my towels. Days later what arrived was a single "bath sheet" I quickly popped open my email and saw that my confirmation did indeed say Single Bath Sheet. How could this be?When i contacted the customer support I was told...sir, our site can't just switch your product, you have to browse to it and select it. EXACTLY... unless i've totally lost my mind they pulled a fast one on me and most likely many others. As a worker in the tech industry I know how they can do this, it really isn't hard. They just need someone like me that saw the same price, and the accepted promo code and looked no further on my confirmation email. The refund they offer... after their "fee" and the shipping costs i'd be out the same amount of money with nothing to show for it but the hole in my soul. This company is a SCAM artist, I find this amusing from someone that claims to be sooooo religious and righteous.
Half the pillow is air, it's flat. I had to take a hair tie and rig it to make it a firm enough to sleep on. It was just thrown together and for 49.99 it's a crappy buy!
My order for 1 pair of slippers and 1 queen pillow would've been just under $200 without a promo code. With the code it was still just over $100 which I thought was too much but I trusted the guarantee, Mike's word, etc. When the order arrived in a tiny box I thought they had only shipped the slippers, but no, the pillow was also in there. I ordered extra stuffing/ firm and I got a pillow that looked like it was for a kid that wasn't even half stuffed. If I bend it in half it has barely enough stuffing to put my head on it and this was supposed to be a pillow that costs over $140 originally, give me a fing break! The slippers, also massively overpriced, I could've got at a retail store for $20. I can't send them back as it's about $55 for shipping therefore what's the point?! When I washed and dried the pillow it perked up slightly, but as soon as you put any weight on it, it goes completely flat and my head is laying on my mattress. The box it came in would have similar support that this absolute garbage pillow has, zero support. I won't ever order another product from My Pillow. I feel scammed and am pissed off.
The original purchase was a success. Both my husband and I felt the difference and we loved them so much so that I ordered another set for our second home. This time they were so bad, especially mine, that I called the company and told them they sent me the wrong pillow which was not even labeled. The lady that on the phone was apologetic and said that she would send me another pillow which never arrived. Tired of waking up with a stiff neck, I called again and they informed me that I had ordered the wrong model, to send them back by paying the shipping and they would send me the ones I needed, exactly what I had ordered with my first order. I did just that and when the pillows arrived, I fluffed them int he dryer per instructions, I brought them to my second home, slept on them and got the same results. Stiff neck and very uncomfortable all throughout he night. When we go back to our primary home and sleep on the original pillows we purchased, we love them as they support our neck and are way softer. Because of my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone because you never know what you are going to get, They are not consistent.
The slippers are completely straight and do not curve in the slightest to accommodate the natural curve of a foot. Definitely not cushioning under the foot either. Called customer service and they gave me the runaround and argue with me and over talk to me. When I tried to get a refund not only do you have to pay for the shipping when you get them you have to pay to ship them back and you are not reimbursed for either one of those AND they hold back part of the sales tax that you paid originally! Even after I finally got my head wrapped around that fact I couldn't make them understand that they still were shorting me $10 in my reimbursement. It took asking for a supervisor and another 10 minutes of going through things step by step with the supervisor before he realized I was overcharged $10 in the beginning. He states he will reimburse me the $10 and thanks me for calling. Never once did anybody apologize and own up to their mistake. Shame on you Mike for holding back all this money from people definitely not Christian standards!
I recently purchased a "My Pillow Classic" as I've dealt with chronic pain and insomnia. I have prayed and prayed for relief and a breakthrough. In the last 2yrs I have not slept a whole night through. Upon getting my pillow yesterday... last night I slept the whole night with NO discomfort whatsoever. Today I went to break the box down to put in my recycling bin and a scripture fell out of it on a small piece of paper. It read "Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each day." Slept on this thing… Woke up with a mouth full of foam! Do not buy… Deadly…. There's just not much more I can type here because well… I'm dead… There's just no way I can recommend this product
This is the worst pillow that I have ever had. It keeps going flat and I wake up the a neck ache. Also, the seams on the pillow came apart which caused all the filling to come out after washing it.
Bought these for my bed and couldn't sleep. Pillows were too stiff and didn't really feel soft. Price was too much for the lack of quality. No thanks! Rip off.
My husband has purchased a number of the My Pillow pillows and he loves them. The commercials for their sheets and towels make them look absolutely amazing so we thought we would try them out. We purchased 2 sets of king size sheets, 2 sets of extra pillow cases and 4 towel sets to the tune of $511.28. Unfortunately, when they arrived we found the sheets to be not as high quality as others we bought from Belk that were less expensive. The My Pillow sheets have a thread count of only 450 which is not mentioned in the commercial. For the price we paid we expected a much higher thread count. The towels were ok but again we have purchased thicker, better quality towels at Costco for much less.
Disappointed, but understanding we could return the products, I called to get the return merchandise number. The operator while nice attempted to get me to exchange the products rather than return them. She informed me that if I return the product we would be charged postage both ways. Buyer be ware that if you are not satisfied you will be charged $9.98 each way to return the products. Therefore it cost our family $19.96 for the pleasure of understanding what great marketing team My Pillow has employed. The products are just ok and very overpriced. We are paying and returning them today!
I think this pillow in great. I do not have any issues physically when sleeping but this pillow was (is) more comfortable to sleep on than my last pillow.

It's a lumpy pillow. It was a lumpy birthday gift so no biggie it's all good I just wouldn't buy one. My cat isn't a fan ether but the dog doesn't seem to care
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
