Have not received my pillows yet, which is not the complaint, but customer service is. While placing my order for pillows, the rep. For My Pillow, asked for an email address, to send me my invoice, which I gave.The email is not difficult to understand, or copy, I thought. I did not receive an email, in the time stated, or even a week later. I did call again, and left a message, to get a call back, to give the email address again. When I received the call back, the lady from My Pillow, said to me"how can I help you?"The lady should have known how she could have helped me, because I left a clear message as to the problem. Moving forward, she was unable to follow simple instructions, and I have yet to receive an invoice... so I just left another message... and I wait...

I have purchased many times from My Pillow. I sleep amazingly with my pillow. I also have travel pillows, excellent for shoving into a backpack or camping gear. There is definitely a difference between a soft pillow and the more firm pillows. (I personally like the soft, so use the guide on their website)

Bad Product, Bad Company

Within a few months of use, all of the broken up bits of foam pad were all individually compressed and sticking to each other, leading the pillow to be consistently compressed. Yes, you can re-fluff it, which temporarily builds volume back into the pillow, but as soon as you lay back down on it the pillow goes right back to being compressed and not providing a restful night's sleep. Stay away from this terrible product - I will not be buying any of this overpriced, garbage product. There is as much truth to Mike Lindell saying you will get the best sleep of your life as there is to his bogus election fraud claims.

Looks can deceive you

I had bought the original "My Pillow". The cover does not have the look of durability. I have had it a few years now and I need a queen. When I saw Pillow 2.0 I looked how well it was made. I thought the inside was going to feel the same. Every morning I would have a flat pillow and a very sore neck. I did send both pillows back. Pillow 2.0 looks like it would be a comfortable pillow but, it was anything but.

Avoid This Lumpy Pillow

I used a My Pillow recently and awoke with a stiff neck and headache. This is like sleeping on a lump of hard clay. There is little give and it is the most overpriced and uncomfortable pillow I ever slept on.

I had surgery on both my shoulders and the topper was no help in getting a restful nights sleep. Also tried to return the topper and only could donate the topper and the funds given by the charity would be my return of funds.

Melts

I ordered 2 mypillow 2.0s and washed them immediately! One of them melted in my brand new ge dryer on medium heat! One is now hard and crusty! Contacted mypillow and was ignored! I love the 2 regular mypillows i bought previously! The 2.0s dont seem any cooler and am terribly disappointed!

I love the My Pillows, towels, and pillowcases that I have purchased. They ROCK. However, I ordered a pair of slippers that are not appropriate for my feet and have spent literally days trying to get through to the customer service line for a return authorization, I have been on hold for 30+ minutes three times. As much as I adore the song Amazing Grace if you have heard it 60 times or more you get a little bummed. The "online chat" is defective because no matter what you type in it says "I don't get that, start over". Holy Moley this is frustrating.

A poor excuse for a pillow. The most "Uncomfortable" pillow I have ever "tried" to sleep on in my 77 yrs. I don't think I have ever been as disappointed in a product as I am with my recent online purchase of this so called "MyPillow". I am angry with myself for "buying into" the constant commercials after resisting, and changing channels for so long. This has got to be the most overhyped, deceiving, and above all, overpriced product on the market. I thought about donating the two pillows I purchased, but I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone. Not to mention (my opinion) demonstrates "Religious Privilege" to the extreme.

MyPillow is a lifesaver

I had neck surgery and could not get a pillow that would work for the support that I needed. I saw this pillow and thought I would give it a shot and it did not disappoint! I am finally able to get a restful sleep! I would highly recommend!

I tried to buy the pillow recommended for those who had been used to a goose down pillow. The person who took the order REFUSED to let me order the pillow that was recommended according to the web site. The pillow that was purchased / sent is hard, inflexible, it kills my neck, and I threw it out. She should have allowed me to follow the guidelines on the web site, and just filled the order. Total waste of $60.00. My Pillow is the pits. Save your money - total waste.

Great Pillow - life saver

I had gotten a bad concussion and every pillow I had felt like I was putting my head on a rock. I had ordered the my pillow and it was definitely what I needed to get through it. Don't know how you would have managed otherwise

Might as well fill a pillow case with packing peanuts. This thing is the worst! Chronic neck and back pain with splitting headaches. Have to start drinking earlier in the day to compensate. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I got the pink and gray pajamas and they are super comfy. No problems with the mattress pad. Six piece set of towels are so fluffy. Two bath sheets look like the best. I should have gotten more. They are the first to go.

The elastics are too long to hold it in place even on a 15" mattress. It slides around every time you move so you spend half the night pushing it back in place. Then when you call to return it they give you the runaround until you're past the return date. Don't bay anything from them!

Your stuff may be great but you don't need to wear your cross on your sleeve. That'll keep me from buying stuff from you. I am religious I believe in God but don't think you should use the cross to sell your stuff

Worst purchase and Waste of Money. The pillows are totally lumpy. Worse nights sleep I have gotten in a very long time. Don't waste you money. If you don't like the product you have to pay to ship it back to them after you have paid 12.99 to get them to ship it to you.
