MyPillow

We were so happy with the soft and cool MyPillow sheets we purchased a few months ago, we decided to buy a couple more sets. We are very disappointed with our last purchase. Even after washing them a couple of times, they feel like we're sleeping on sandpaper. I called customer service and was told that since they were purchased on a close out ( we were unaware of that when ordering on their website) they were not returnable. This is the second time this company has let us down (2 out of 3 ain't good!) We ordered MyPillow 2.0 and although we didn't like them, we never tried to return them, thinking they just weren't right for us. Maybe they were just inferior just like these sheets.

I received these pillows along with some pillowcases and sheets as a Christmas gift. I did it First the smell is horrible. I believe it's the toxic, probably made from shredded rubber leftover tires. I gave it back to the person who had gifted it to me. He tried getting his money back had to be returned in the original packaging and had to pay for shipping. FYI I hard to get it back in its original container because it is compressed and rolled up so you difficult to return.

Worst pillow I have ever owned! Got mine as a gift. After a couple weeks, I got in contact with the company. They refuse to replace it, because it was purchased at a store and not directly from them. Since it was a gift, I did not have the receipt, and the store would not take it back. Bottom line, I am screwed. Every night I used this awful excuse for a pillow, I woke up several times during the night, because the pillow was flat, and hot, not cool as claimed in their ads. Also, I would wake up with a headache and stiff neck and shoulders every morning. I do not know how this company can keep getting away with selling this piece of junk pillow. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING!-

I bought the medium because i only had 2 choices. They are over stuffed for people like me with neck problems. If it had half the stuffing may have worked. The returns are over the top. I give it 1 star because its american made and its not easy building a company but i hate MY PILLOW. Couldnt even use mine 1 full night. They need to unstuff the medium half and offer the 3rd soft. So they sit in the closet maybe one day someone can use them

My wife and I have enjoyed My Pillow pillows for over a year. No more neck ache in the morning and just a really good product. I didn't really appreciate how much I liked my pillow until recently when I was in the hospital for a pulmonary embolism. I'm laying in bed getting blood thinner shots in my stomach and I started laughing to my self. I realized that the thing I missed the most was my pillow. Either a very sheltered life (not) or a great product. I have since purchased the slippers (great) and am in the process of purchasing the mattress and sheets

Hi. If you would like your neck pain to worsen, purchase this mess of a pillow. It is full of lumps and they go to the top of the pillow while you sleep. You must wake up and flip the pillow repeatedly to have any comfort whatsoever. Try a pillow from American Textile Company- made in Tifton, Ga, USA.

My fiancé bought two of these - foolishly. WORST PILLOW EVER! There is absolutely no support. I've bought better pillows in college from Target. Mike Lindell - you should be ashamed of yourself. You're a scammer.

Mike Lindell - just stop. Your pillows are cheaper than what I had in my college dorm. I have no photos because these pillows ended up in the weekly trash.

Do not buy this pillow. The only thing this pillow is good for is for a pillow fight where you don't care what happens to the pillow. If there was an option for no stars for this review, I would have selected that one. The pillow is lumpy with whatever they fill it with. It is just a bunch of square/rectangular pieces of foam that are really uncomfortable. Plus the pillow gets hot unlike my nice, soft, down pillow. If you ever checked into a hotel room that was using these pillows, you would check out. The pillows have been returned to Amazon.

Okay I admit it. I LOVE this dang pillow... I have spent hundreds of dollars through the years trying to find a pillow i could use. I even bought an expensive water filled pillow (hated it) from my chiropractor...

This pillow has been the BEST money i have ever spent! The only pillow i have ever had that has not lost its shape and that i can either lay on my back or turn on my side and not have to bunch up the pillow. If you are looking for a really soft pillow this is not it...

My disabled wife placed in order of over $900 worth of stuff pillows sheets and we never received anything we sent them the check the check was cashed by them they never sent us nothing we're calling the police now..

I purchased 2 of these, after 2 nights of the most uncomfortable sleep for both my husband & myself I returned them. I truly DO NOT see how they are even on the market. I do not have proof of purchase, why would I save it!? I suggest not to purchase.

If you are ok buying a new pillow for the outrageous price they ask for this pillow then this pillow is for you! I followed the directions about how to care for it and it's a joke! That's why this guy is laughing all the way to bank with our money!

I have purchased 2 sets of my pillows in hope of finding a good pillow and a comfortable pillow. This has never happened. These pillows are all hype and not worth the money at all. They are clumpy have to be puffed up all the time, can't even sleep thru a nite without discomfort. They have to be folded over and rolled in a ball to use to try to get to sleep. I can't sleep with these pillows they are so uncomfortable.

Don't waste your hard earned money, not worth it, The department store has better pillows and very affordable.

My husband has a back that will go out on him a lot. We thought this topper on top of the mattress might make it more firm for him. We attempted to sleep on this topper for two weeks and after two weeks we decided it was not for us.
I called and spoke to a representative they found my info and gave me a RMA number. I am to donate this to a non profit and email them a copy. I will then be issued the refund minus the shipping I originally paid. That is fair to us along with getting to keep the two pillows they sent with the topper.
Great customer service so far so I think it's safe to say try it and see if it is right for you. My husbands back is hard to please.

Bought mypillow.com towels on Amazon for $50.57. The quality was poor so I contacted my pillow to send them back. They indicated there would be a $9.98 charge to send them back, even though I am an Amazon Prime member. My pillow issued me a credit of $26.17 when they received the towels back. So they are keeping $24. Of my money because of poor quality item. I called my Pillow and they said it was $24 worth of shipping, even though I am a Amazon prime member. I then called Amazon and they made good on this my pillow scam. AMAZON was excellent and handled it quickly.
STAY AWAY FROM MY PILLOW.COM
