I highly recommend NOT wasting your money. This is by far the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever slept on. Total garbage. Also, it is extremely over priced. You are simply paying for Mike Lindell's future marketing and creepy TV ads. I tried mine for two days. I woke up with a crooked neck and had to see my chiropractor (and I am not even slightly exaggerating). Don't waste your money. I found better pillows at TJ MAXX for a third of the price. I don't know how he has even stayed in business. Also, this is NOT a bot (Attn: Mike) who is writing this review (as you have claimed WHY so many bad reviews are generated from). I am a real consumer who feels the need to speak honestly.

Ok pillow, i guess, until it rupped and tiny pieces of foam were everywhere.
I've been trying to get a guaranteed replacement pillow for months.
Lousy customer service asks for receipts, pictures, information that drags on for months.

When i heard about the owners new book, i was not at all surprised by his sad history.
The person running this lying business is the same person who lived that disfunctional lifestyle.
He's not born again, he's still a derelict.

I ordered one of these and even paid for extra filling. It still doesnt have hardly any filling in it! Flat and then really lumpy when you try to fluff it, it dont fluff. Its junk and way to much money paid for this. I give it a big "F". The pillow is a big rip off. Never buy anything else from there

Love my pillows

I don't care what California says about my pillows or anyone else. I love these pillows. They are simply wonderful. I now have 6 my pillows. I wouldn't trade them for any other pillow. They are so comfortable. Just fluff and push them to your liking and they stay that way all night. The big plus is they are machine washable. Just great.

I found the pillows quite comfortable, everyone is different in that respect. My complaint is- I bought 3 for myself & 1 for my Mom. The fabric on all 4 turn yellow eventually & stay yellow after washing. I else experience this?

No bueno for the price

I bought "2" my pillows and found (unfortunately after their 60 day return window) that I did not like them. I was unaware the return policy was for 60 days and was giving them time to perhaps smoosh down. First of all when you callyouare assaulted by VERY LOUD religious music (I believe it was amazing grace) playing over and over and an unbearable volume. The operators were rude and condescending. They finally agreed to exchange but not refund my pillows. Don't let the friendly (ex crack head) on the commercial fool you... once they get your money it's gone. I had actually emailed them 3 times prior before my return window and no one responded to me.

Horrible cheap product. It smells funny like chemicals/rubber. After you wash it just like the directions say, it is even worse. I donated it to Goodwill and I actually felt bad for even donating it. I probably should have thrown it out. Just a waste of money!

Be aware.

I was in the pillow and medical use cushion business. A shredded waste foam pillow in a pillow case is produced for about $1.50. The claims made are erroneous based on the many complaints. Don't believe a televised salesman just because he is on tv. $50.00 for any pillow is not worth it. If you think you need a shredded foam pillow then buy some polyurethane foam and rip it up and stuff it into a pillow case for about $10. Fox News is doing a disservice for carrying these ads.

Worst pillow ever
July 16, 2021

After months of not getting my order and contacting the company they would not replace my order cause they said it had been over 30 days. Finally after a few months they show up and they don't support you at all and always have to pull cotton and fluff over and over. Save your money and don't buy this crap.

Pillow made. It is a pillow and clearly it works as one, but the quality is poor when compared

Poor Quality

Do not waste your money on a My Pillow. The pillow is lumpy. If you put it in the dryer as the company suggests it only gets worse. It offers no neck support. The commercials are way overhyped and seem to actually be scam because I'm extremely disappointed in the My Pillow product.

Their products are decent but the customer service sucks. Their 3rd party billing company Splitit is a scam company that will bill you twice and then lie about it. I purchased a 63 dollar item and it ended up costing me 89 bucks. Avoid them both

Overrated

I have neck problems. Bought a bone pillow before I thought I should my pillow get a try. It's lumpy and it really doesn't stay in place. I didn't ask for money back. They are in guest room. But I am back to my bone pillow which costs less

I just purchased 2 Twin XL mattress toppers. I own a Pest Control Business since 1997 in TN. I place Multable orders from multable vendors. My Pillow website is very hard to navigate. So, within a 2 hr window I placed a 2nd order because I never recieved a conformation email nor was my credit card charged.
Today I had **4** Toppers arrive. Checked my credit card & sure enough, I had 2 identical $464 charges. Called my pillow. Long story short. Sure, they'll refund my money for the duplicate order, minus
$20 × 2 = $40 for their shipping labels. So much for 100% Money Back Guarantee!

Purchased two pillows a few years ago and found them to be OK... nothing special, nothing great... contrary to what was sold us. The sales practices and the product itself don't measure up and with all the ongoing complaints about BOGO offers, over priced mattress covers and the latest... a Covid-19 miracles cure, it's no wonder the guy is crazy and should be shut down. Never buy a product from this lunatic and you'll be glad you had nothing to do with My Pillow. Wish I could say the same.

Bad customer service

I spent so much money on these pillows. I developed severe allergy from the foam they use. The customer service wanted me to pay shipping fees to return them. Horrible quality & money driven company. I would never recommend them. I threw the pillows in the trash & lost my money.

A nightmare
April 15, 2020

The pillows were hard, the worst pillows I have ever had. I woke up with a headache after trying to sleep on this very uncomfortable pillow.
I tried to give them to my husband and he tried to sleep on them, half way through the night he threw them on the floor. Not sure why the guy make it a point to wear his cross outside his shirt collar, doesn't make him honest

I bought this pillow for my husband for Christmas. He wasn't nearly as excited to have it as I was to give it to him. In fact he left me sleep on it the first night. What a let down. He tried it the following not and we both feel we like the pillows at Kmart better! (Joe Boxer brand). My advice is to NOT waste your money. It's a pillow and there is nothing magical or special about it. The only high I got from it was the high price.

I hate to beat a dead horse but, this $#*! Mike Lindell is still allowed to spew out his lies on the Tucker Carlson show. I've been forced to watch a different network just because this show continues to air his crap. If anyone at Fox News actually used the product they take blood money from, they would have to agree this company is a sham. This jackass border on false advertisement with his geeza sheets. He doesn't actually say it but, he implies that all his products are made in his "home " state of Minnesota. These ads show sheets that " flow" over your bed. The reality is these sheets are made in India and probably never see Minnesota. They are the most wrinkled sheets I've ever seen. The "actors " used in these commercials should be condemned from making any other lies. I could go on and on but, goal in life to see this lying hypocrite go bankrupt. Someday I would like to watch Tucker Carlson again.

Ordered my pillow Dec 10 2021 as of today Jan 4 still no pillow. I did get a tracking number which said it will be here Dec 20. When I went back to check tracking it was blank? Called customer service but because of Covid they cant answer phones? Didn't know know Covid went through phone lines. Left message which will take 72 hours to answer? Got a call that they would check with delivery company. Got an email said it would be here Jan 3rd or 4th? You would have thought an American company could get a pillow delivered from the to Las Vegas much fast then almost a month. You can order stuff from over seas and get it faster what a SHAME.
