I ordered a queen size, firm pillow - what a joke.
The pillow case (queen size, from my pillow) is too big for their own pillow and it slides out from under my head. I wake up every morning with a sore neck and/or headache.
I have Walmart pillows that feel better at a quarter of the price.
I bought a pillow according to my size and how I sleep. I did not sleep well, I woke up with back aches and neck pain. I have tried other pillows they offer but still no difference. I bought their sheets, they felt good, but every night I wake up with my fitted sheet off the bed. It states deep pockets, not deep enough. I have a standard size bed, its not thick, yet every morning I wake up and the fitted sheet has popped off the corners. That is my biggest complaint with these sheets. The Towels are the only thing I like about my pillow. I love Mike, I love he politics and I support him, but I cant stand his products. Sorry, but they are not worth the price.
This pillow is like a nightmare. My neck was worse after a night of sleeping on it. Very expensive! It's a lie that if you're not satisfied you can return it. Oh yeah, you have to pay almost the cost of the damn pillow in order to return it. So what is the point of returning it? Never again
I had been hearing a lot of advertisements about MyPillow. My wife has trouble sleeping, and I hoped this new pillow would help. So, I purchased two (different firmness levels). Neither worked very well so I returned them for two different firmness level pillows. They are just plain "weird" and my wife didn't like them. So, I returned them too. Now they are telling me a refund is not an option, nor is a credit to purchase something else from them. All they are willing to do is send me two pillows of my choosing - but we don't like them. These are not cheap pillows, but now we are out two pillows and all the money we paid for them. What a horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend the company or the product to anyone!
I ordered my pillow on Dec 4th. Its now Dec 18th and still no pillow for Christmas! I waited 2.5 hours on the phone for them to tell me to wait 4 more days to see if the shipping updates! I called USPS and they said they havent received it yet and that My Pillow used the slowest shipping method. Terrible customer service!
We have had our pillows for years and love them. You can wash them as much as you want and they are like new every time. We purchased all 6 of our children and their spouses pillows for Christmas and they love them. Customer service was great and I even forgot to get two pillows and they arrived in such good time no one missed out on their Christmas present! Thank you my pillow for great customer service and top notch quality!
Worst piece of garbage I ever laid my head on to sleep. Worse than your worst hotel pillow. Uncomfortable, constantly feeling those foam pieces against your cheeks. This guy Lindell created the biggest pillow scam ever as the foam pieces he advertises as interlocked are just shredded foam. Completely avoid never buy! Did I really have to give this even one star to submit?
I purchased their pillows and they weigh less than a feather and I wake up every morning with a massive neck ache.
Don't get suckered with their promos on sheets either. If you do the math your pay over $200 for 1 set of sheets. The promos are a ridiculous reduction of already extremely high prices...
Too expensive, I sewed my own pillows for $8.65. I bought 2 bags of cut foam from Joann's, I even used French seams on the sides. Best pillow EVER, and the total price. I paid? $ 8.65 per pillow.! I got a good Sale price on fabic and foam. THAT is exactly what he uses. SCORE!
This is the best Pillow i have ever bought! I was so happy with them that I bought them for Family and Friends. They loved them and went and bought More. I also bought the pet beds and they were an instant Hit with my 6 pets! I also have their sheets and towels. Great Company made in America!
I woke up in the worst pain I've felt in years. Pillow was flat, and and gave 0 support. I woke up in so much pain, from night 1, my back was twitching. My lower back after last night, was messed up.
This will be returned.
The pillows are comfortable for the first couple years. After that they must be air fluffed in the dryer every couple days to maintain their "fullness".
An industry standard "full" pillow is 20" x 26". The standard full pillow that is sold by MyPillow is advertised as 18" x 28". The pillows you receive are much smaller than industry standard and smaller than advertised on the website. They measure out at 16" x 24". You almost need two of them the fill a standard pillow case. Two "King" pillows from them fits well on a full/double bed.
When I first got my pillows (2) they felt great but over time they got flat. I washed them and got the same results. I slept on the pillow for around 3 days and it went flat again. I switch to my other pillow(since) I have two and got the same results. What is all the hype. These pillows are no BETTER then any others I have tried
I am unhappy with the lasting ability of the pillow. It felt good, allowed me to sleep well for the first 4/5 months. Now it collapses as soon as it is pulled from the dryer, lasting not even a night. I was able to return an earlier set, that lasted about 4 years. This set has lasted about 5 months. The manufacturing of the pillow is not as it was originally and does not last. I just bought a pillow from a different manufacturer the is guaranteed for 15 years... It feels wonderful! And I will buy more. Anyone want the used My Pillows?
Beware, I used a promo code I saw on tv to buy a set of sheets and get one free. My order delivered missing the free sheets. I phoned the customer service number listed on the packing slip, and to my dissatisfaction I was on hold for 1 hour and ten minutes. And then just like that the call was disconnected. I took a picture of the call time in my log for proof. So after wasting my time, I can't even return the sheets without a RMA number. By the way you can only get that number by calling customer service. So tomorrow I will call back. And call my credit card company if no resolution. I strongly advise you do not order from mypillow.
Not happy with this company! Did not receive my free gift with my order, I have ordered a lot of products from this company in the past few years, & b/c I used the wrong promo code, I was told there was nothing they could do, so I returned the slippers & ordered a pair from sketchers, just as good & half the price!
This is the lumpiest pillow ever. Like sleeping on rocks. I don't see what all the hype is. I bought these at a big box store and would have been better off with pillows from a discount store. Horrible.
If you sleep on your stomach, DO NOT even think of buying this pillow. Cheap cuts of rubber or foam that makes for a lumpy pillow. They charge $11 for returns. Once they receive your returned item, you have to wait a month for your account to be credited.
I cannot understand negative reviews for this wonderful product. MyPillow has given my neck and back the support needed and I never get up during the night now. I used to have a stiff neck every morning - no longer. I love the pillow and laud it to the skies.
I had to return the pillows I purchased twice to finally get a pillow that I thought would work for me. During each interaction with customer service they were nasty. They treated me as if they were doing me a favor, rather than doing their job. I was finally sent the yellow-level pillow and it seemed ok for a while, but now after 1 1/2 years it just feels lumpy. It seems to be getting lumpier too. I will not reach out to customer service again because it's not worth it. I will cut my losses and get a different brand after checking out the reviews.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
