Scam company.

We received MyPillow products as a gift. Very dissatisfied. Low quality. Our friend wanted to do something nice for us, instead they got scammed by MyPillow. For what they paid this is a rip-off. We suspect the good reviews are fake reviews. After looking into the company it appears MyPillow is a front for a radical far right political agenda. Facists are another reason to avoid this company and not buy the crap they're selling.

Cheap crap pillow

I paid a lot of money for this pillow. Thinking it would be a quality product. Not only was it very uncomfortable. I discovered that it was filled with cheap low grade foam cubes. Nothing but a con job pillow. Like the corrupt Lindell
I wasted my money. So I am trying to figure how to destroy this worthless pillow. Maybe take it out and use it for shooting practice. Or throw it into a pig trough

They go flat after a night's use. They claim that it retains its shape but it doesn't. You need to tumble it everyday to get its shape back to fluff. Does not keep you cool either as they claim. Would ask my money back but they make you pay for shipping cost!

Mypillow is crooked when it comes to shipping. I paid $20 for expedited shipping, the product was supposed to arrive on Saturday after the Thursday I bought it & never showed up, Fedex showed a Delay, I called My Pillow, and waited 15 minutes on the phone only for them to start counting business calendar days. I told them, if Id realized they were going to play games with charging expedite and shipping standard, I would not have paid for it. I will not support this company again and I'll be returning their product.

Not what they used to be

I had 2 pillows that were 10 years old. Decided to get new ones as the old ones where getting flat and rigid. The filling on the new ones where about half of the originals. It wasn't worth $20 in shipping ($10 there and $10 back) to return them. I kept one for the car, gave one away and threw one out. Absolute waste of money.

Mixed thoughts

I ordered a pilllow for myself and my husband, we both really like it, never half neck aches anymore, so that's all good. I then ordered one, on sale, for a friend, she got it, and said it was small... so I'm not sure what i ordered, thinking it was the same as mine, but she didn't want it so i had to return it within the 30 days. They charged me $10 for a mailing label, and $10 for restocking and i got like nothing back. That was an absolute rip off. It shows me they don't stand behind their products.

Last June I ordered 2 pillows. I was promptly charged but after no delivery, and multiple tries to find out where my order was, I finally disputed the charge with my CC company. CITI tried to get resolution but eventually gave up and issued me a full credit. Now, 8 months later, I get a letter from a collection agency. Imagine that. I sent multiple emails to MyPillow customer service with proof the FedEx never delivered my order. My Pillows answer, I have to settle the matter with collections. This company is horrible to deal with. Do not ever buy anything from them as they take your Money and do not send your order. Mike Lindell should be ashamed. I would rate them a 0 if I could.

I purchased a my pillow and the quality of my sleep declined. It goes flat so I'm constantly fluffing and wadding it up throughout the night. I also woke up this morning with a horrible crook in my neck, which according to advertisements is not supposed to happen.

I really wanted to like this pillow but I have it for 1 month and my neck pain has actually increased. At first it seems like it will support but my head eventually sinks into it as the fill spreads to the sides and top. I have to constantly flip pillow from top to bottom to get support under my neck.

I purchased a pair of slippers and did not fit. I first tried to return them and he wait time to CS was 3 hours. I waited about a month to call back and finally got through and was able to get a return label. I returned the product and it was received on 2/12. As of today there has been no credit. I had to make another call today and if I were you, record the call so you have proof they will give yo a credit. Without me calling they would have never given me a credit. Now I need to wait five days for it to credit back to my CC. Mypillow is in business to sell you something and then make it as difficult as possible to return it or get your money back. That is their primary goal. He is a crook and is taken advantage of good people.

Horrible Experience

I heard good things about these pillows, but I just don't like them. They give a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but you have to call for a return merchandise authorization code. I have been on hold twice for over 15 min. (I am on hold right now at 18 min and counting), and listening to Amazing grace sung poorly. I don't mind listening to Amazing grace but over and over and over again is a lot annoying. I think the pillows are good quality, but they lost everything on customer service.

Ordered slippers. Slippers were the wrong size. Tried chat bot for return info. That didn't work. Couldn't return without calling customer service. Customer service took several hours to answer. Overall terrible experience. Seems like the designed their customer service department so that you will give up on returning things. Absolutely sucks.

The sheets were the right color but did not feel good and when we tried to return we were told we couldn't because it was bought as a sale item and no refund was possible WOW and such an honest commercial...

A lie

Took the expensive plunge and nought them on qvc awful awful awful i did not send back within the time but i still wrote them and told them off lumpy dumpy and at unrest with it i finally cut it open after arguing with my husband after he said it was a scam and all it is is foam boy hated to say it but he was right! Little pieces falling apart inside the pillow it never conforms to my head and i had to change it with another during the night for the headache it gave me the back of my skull literally hurts like it made a indentation in it do not but the pillows folks and i am sad because i was praying for something good it stinks! Thank you

Total rip off

This the worst pillow I've ever used. It is lumpy & uncomfortable. It was so bad I only used it to elevate my leg. After laundering it it became even more lumpy. I took it apart to see what the hell was in it. It looks like used packing material. I definitely don't get the hype. Hard pass. So many nicer pillows out there for less money.

Not worth the price

I bought 2 firm pillows from this company based on the hype from their commercials. Save your money, these pillows are no better than what you could get at Target or Walmart and at a much better price. The pillows that I received were not firm at all, even though they were tagged as being firm. I couldn't use them because I need a firm pillow because of neck and back problems. I ended up throwing them in the trash

Lumpy!

I was very disappointed in the lumpy texture - instead of the smooth softness you get from feather & down pillows this feels like a bunch of knotted up balls. It was uncomfortable and the the warranty isn't worth much after the purchaser has to pay for shipping to return it. They charged &9.98 for "Shipping & Handling" but if you want to take advantage of their "60-day Money Back Guaranttee" you have to spend more money to ship it back. This was a ripoff!

I bought this pillow at Bed, Bath & Beyond the other day along with the Sleep for Success Pillow. It's totally not worth $49. I'm so glad I kept my receipt and the box because I'm bringing it back tomorrow to get a full refund. I had a stiff neck and it just made it worse! The shredded pieces of foam never stayed in place, the pillow was so lumpy and disproportionate. I had to keep adjusting the pillow all night. It felt like I had to fold the pillow in half because it kept going so flat, and it didn't say cool at all I was HOT as H***! I slept on the Sleep for Success Pillow the following night. The next morning I woke up, no stiff, sweaty neck imagine that!

And what's with the inventors picture on the box with his cross hanging out of his shirt for everyone to see? I am buying a pillow not a religious sermon. I'm Christian but I don't want religion sold to me when I'm buying a pillow that's ridiculous! He's a pompous, arrogant, jerk that is so tacky! WORST PILLOW EVER! DO NOT BUY!
