The 25.00 is not a one time charge. It's a subscription. You will be charged that 25.00 again until you call them and cancel it. I tried to deactivate my account after printing my resume. I thought I had until I checked my bank account and saw the 25.00 additional charge again a month later. I did not get my money back either. The call center I called had really loud background noise and I could barely hear or understand the representative. After telling them I was upset about the charge they tried to sell me a different thing. Which annoyed me even further. I regret ever using their service period.

You allow the customer to construct the whole document and after all the work it's done you will tell him that in order to get it has to pay the 2.9 something fee. VERY SMART.
