I fell for it, I paid $2.95 for a two week trial, but the next day I try to download a resume but I was redirected to a page to pay again, this time asking to pay 23$ for a two week trial. I reached out to customer support so many times and they are all very shady, I was told my bank denied the trial transaction and I needed me to create a new one. BUT it not true, my bank didn't dey the transaction, payment went through and then myPerfectResume submitted a refund the NEXT day, thats not a "failed" transaction, its not how it works!
The customer service representative was respectful and very helpful when it came to attending me.

Called customer service twice and they refused to help. I cancelled my service in June over the phone. They cancelled it for one month in July and then started charging me again in August and September. I called to request a refund since I cancelled and they refused. Very difficult customer service and refuse to cancel/stop charging. Do not use.

The process was easy and fast, the resume came out great and it was an easy pdf file to upload onto job applications. I would highly recommend it. I was laid off after a 30 year career so I hadn't had a need for for a resume until now and they made it easy. I also enjoyed all of the professional recommendations and the research behind them.

I was charged a monthly subscription cost secretly with no communication. I found out just by my bank alerting me of an out of country usage on my card. It was never made clear to me that I had subcribed for a monthly service. When I tried to unsubscribe it was a hassle and multiple pages and the bottom was hidden among other things. I called customer service but was on hold for a long time with no response. I felt as if the company's mind set is to not be clear so as to catch and trap customers into charging thier cards for as long as possible.
