Complete waste of money

The most expensive CV in the history of CV's. Most people will use this site once to get their CV and then you can edit and change it as much as you like with a PDF editing program. If you forget to cancel your membership before 14 days, you will be charged £220 per year, for what something you can easily do yourself. Save yourself money, go to your local CAB or job center and they will help you create your CV for free.

Total Scam

I have just realised that this company have been taking money from me since September and I didnt sign up to a subscription with them! I called the company to explain and they said that I havent cancelled my subscription - online scam that I am now going to have to report to my bank as a fraudulent transaction - do not go near this website!

There was no mention of cost intill i had completed my cv and needed to print. I am now trying to cancel my subscription via the 'my account' tab, which will not work! I will be contacting my bank to make sure that they will not be taking any more money from my account!

Excellent Service

I created my C. V it was so easy, there are so many different templates to use, the finished item looks so professional, when I wanted to cancel my subscription Marianne was very helpful and was not pushy, she offered me a discount if I wanted to stay with them but as I wanted to cancel she made it so easy and cancelled it for me.

1. Spent so much time editing it in the hope it would format well across two pages. Literally hours resetting and re downloading into PDF in the hope it would work. It would have been easier to type myself but as i had paid
2. Didn; t know I would have to pay to download it! Not clear on your advertisingunfair scam!
3 Your website is slow this morning making even more time wasted.
4. sorry for the bullet points but thats another thingsome points have bulets on P1, others on P2 do not when downloaded in word and then NO opportunity to edit them in.
5. A complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend!

Very helpful staff

This Cv is total rubbish, you cannot even move the header up to fit a few words on the end. Says its free but you can't print it it until you pay and you cannot copy & paste it either. They will take money from your account every month for doing nothing. BEWARE TOTAL SCAM.

Subscription issue

I had an issue with a subscription and I needed to update my CV ASAP. I emailed the customer service to speak to them about it and they contacted me in less than 2 hours and solved my issue. Very very very good customer service!

A well designed website with useful description suggestions for both professional and personality attributes. There's a good variety of templates and the CV can be downloaded in. Pdf,. Txt or. Docx.
The one hiccup is for cancelling the subscription: their FAQ gives directions to a button that doesn't exist, so a call to Customer Services (or an email) is necessary and they WILL try to keep your custom, but call is free, agents are superb (I spoke to Sandy ID: 7164), friendly, smart and helpful, and i got what i wanted within 7min. Will use again!

I had a very good customer service experience with this company. I called to request to cancel and unsubscribe from the services and everything went very smoothly.
Note: **When you want to cancel from future payments before the 14 day trial finishes, make sure that you reply to the welcome email that you would like to cancel, or cancel directly from your account on MyPerfectCV. Unsubscribing from the email will only unsubscribe you from receiving any emails from them.

Overall, navigating through MyPerfectCV was easy and it helped me created a great CV and now I am happy to say that I have a job starting on the 26th Feb! :)

This site is incredible, everything in the right place, very well layed out, helpful staff and quick response to emails, the price they charge is absolutely affordable and the quality of their CV builders among-st other services they offer are in an expert condition and presentation, I highly recommend.

They don't just "take" your money, if you READ things you'll know it, so many idiotic reviews, that's some peoples problems nowadays, they never read things.

Trying to update my c. V and it kept deleting my data, first it deleted details from my currant job information in my work history, then from accomplishments, next affiliations, certifications, and finally the dates from my work history. It wouldn't let me fill in a job title on one of the in built statements. It also decided to keep some of the writing blue and larger than the rest and wouldn't let me change that either. The customer service on the other hand was excellent, went through the online talk help, most of issues sorted will try again and re input the information lost to see if it works now.
