I am "partially retired" and when something truly interests me I do like to check out opportunities - oftentimes something professional and not too wordy is the answer,
First off I was having trouble trying to purchase the 14 days and I could not. So then the rep told me to sign in to perfect cover letter, which I did, (I was on perfect resume), and said that it will work on this site. This user I have used years ago so all the resumes on that one were completely outdated. He said that he will be able to upload the new one I created, and I even asked multiple times to make sure. After being on the phone for 40 min, the charge goes through and he tried rushing me off the phone and told me to upload it, I reminded him he said he was going to do that, then he said oh sure I will do that hold on. So he uploaded it and it was not even close to the one I had created it looked copied and pasted! Good thing before I called I screenshot the one I had created just in case anything happened. So he really used his deception to act like it was some kind of instant transfer between accounts in which it was not and he did it manually. Other than that the site is good for creating resumes just use this advice and be aware of their sales talk and deceptive schemes.

I used this service once to create a professional resume an cover letter. I obtained a job offer rather quickly. When I decided I wouldn't currently need their services, I proceeded to cancel my subscription. The representative was friendly and didn't continue to push the product on me, but did offer other discount plans if I was still interested but respectfully declined. I called to cancel my subscription and had the good fortune to speak with a gentleman named Nomar. He was very polite, efficiently and quickly took care of my cancellation, and arraigned to refund this months service fee! He did offer a temporary lower fee, trying to get me change my mind, but it was not at all high pressure! I wish more Customer Service Reps handled calls like Nomar!

I recently subscribed to MyperfectResume and was attempting to update the work history portion of my resume but my new jobs were showing up at the end and not the beginning. I tried to correct it by making another resume but it still did the same thing. The formatting kept getting messed up. I sent 2 emails explaining the problem, but the solution given to me each time would not work. Finally I called and i'm so glad I did. Mercedes answered and understood my problem and ACTUALLY FIXED IT FOR ME! She was personable and professional and even convinced me to continue service after my 2 week free trial by stressing the additional features, like the job search and email options, that I wasn't aware of.
