The Meadows on PGA Blvd. In Palm Beach Gardens is probably one of the safest middle-income communities in the county. Crime is 99.9% nonexistent. The only time I personally have seen the police here is to "help" a person move or, more rarely, handle a domestic call. People routinely walk at night, children play without supervision but not without respect for others.
After 20 years living here, i've seen this beautiful community disintegrate. We have people speeding, loud parties, car thefts and destruction of park property. Management installed an automatic gate at great expense. This is damaged on a weekly basis. No wonder, management is incompetent. Why have this $15,000 gate when you can easily walk through holes in the fences that have existed for years. This complacency is noticed and laughed at in the community.
Constant change over of managers, they last only 1 year, rules change when managers change,,, we have a 24 yr old mgr, who talks down to seniors, plays favorites with the younger woman,,,, has turned activities into a Disco, people hanging out drinking alcohol
Around pool, problems do not get resolved, loaded with cats & rats,,, water stinks, now residents pay for water, gates are always broken, no film in the video surveillance,
Not a safe park for seniors! This is Hacienda Village,,,, the flooding is unbelievable come rainy season, you can, t get out of the park!,,, they have a fruit & vegetable truck income in every week!,, there's no solitation allowed!,,
