Time and time again https://www.mylighthost.com/ doesnt reply to open tickets on shared hosting, and then they eventually just close the tickets. There hosting prices are good but if you need any customer support/ service turn in the other direction. Its genuinely shocking. Out of my 8 tickets ive submitted in the past few months, i got one reply to one of them and it didnt even help me resolve the problem.
Tech support is terrible and they dont reply. I was trying to setup a nodejs app & got a message that i need to contact tech support to unlock my nodejs cpanel, i never heard back from then, i then decided to spam them untill i got an answer and the onoly response i got was to inform me they cancelled my service lol. Shocking!
Please fix this so i can restart my nodejs app, currently i cant do anything
