They lie about their 100 day return policy and 30% restocking fee. They don't have a phone number and will try to convince you through email with all these options instead of returning it. When you say for the 100th time you only want to return it, they ghost you and never reply again. Scam scam scam.

Ignore all the reviews you see on the website, they are automatically generated based on your location. I bought a gold necklace with my name on it, it broke within a few weeks so I sent it back to be repaired as it was under warranty. I never heard anything back when the item was received so I had to contact them to confirm and they had no idea if my necklace had been received or not. They literally just said they don't know and I had to ask them to double check. It took 3 months from the time i sent the necklace for repair. When i receive the necklace they had uysed 2 different chains on either side - different karats i would say and it was a twisty and i ordered a plain necklace! I told them i just want my money back at this stage cause lead times are so long and they said i will have to incur a 30% restocking fee... OUTRAGEOUS

I should have read the reviews first! The wallet I ordered looked like a kid drew the picture on and it took FOREVER to get my order! NEVER AGAIN! This site should be shut down!

Took 2 months to make and ship with false statements on their site. When i finally got the necklace, OMG. What a piece of junk. For $20 maybe. Same quality I would expect at a mall kiosk with custom jewelry.

All the recent reviews should tell you exactly as it really is. This is junk.

Horrible
May 29, 2019

Mother's Day necklace came late and was incredibly cheap looking. The names engraved were so small, you couldn't even see them. Embarrassed to gift it to my mom. I requested a refund and they said there's a 30% restocking fee + I need to pay for return shipping. Don't buy from them, it's a waste of money.

I ordered a name necklace that took 3 weeks to arrive which I was ok with. I just got it today and the clasp is on the wrong side, doesn't open and the other side doesn't have any where to even connect it. I send them an email with photos and they reply back telling me they'll send me a new chain and that I can just get some pliers and put the new chain on myself. Are you kidding me? I'm going to build my own necklace for the $60 and 3 weeks I waited? No thanks. I better get a refund. I don't want this piece of junk! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Like many people on here I ordered a necklace with my kids names on in good time for Mother's Day. It did arrive, but several weeks late. When it did arrive, it looks cheap and tacky definitely not worth the £90 I paid for it. What is worse is that the advertise a returns policy - I followed the returns instructions to the letter which involves sending it to an address in Israel using tracked delivery. I am now still waiting over a month later, the tracking service says they have delivered the parcel but mynamenecklace are still saying they haven't received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If you want to spend $100 on something that does not look like the marketing images on the website and instead get something that looks like dime store quality then order from this company. I wasn't expecting fancy but neither was I expecting something this pathetic. You are better off taking two kids to the local fair and buying them tickets for unlimited rides and possibly win something of higher quality at a game booth and still come out about $30 ahead. I got ripped off, plain and simple.

Ordered a gift that was to be a Mother's Day gift delivered by May 10th 2019 and to date have received nothing. Have repeatedly contacted MyNameNecklae for a full refund have only received automated emails but no refund has been issued as stated on their web site. Have reported this to all social media outlets that this company is listed on as well as a disputed charge with the credit card used to make the purchase. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. **************

Ordered a name necklace on the 4th April to give it plenty of time to arrive for mothers day. Delivery on the order confirmation was 2nd of May and im still waiting 14th May. Ive contacted them and they said once its been shipped its out of their control when its delivered.

Ordered 3 weeks before Mother's Day with the guaranteed before mothers day written everywhere. With no mention of shipping international from Israel, I figured this was a no-brainer having ordered 3 weeks before MD Weekend. DHL never attempted delivery, no help via customer support, never received until the Monday after Mother's Day (today). Little late guys. Would appreciate some information regarding shipping from a foreign country. Will never order again, looks like this is a running theme with this company.

I ordered on 5/3/19 and was assured that I would get the delivery by Mother's Day (5/12/19). Well, Mother's Day came and went -- no delivery. Very, very poor customer service and support. I have asked what they will do to correct this situation. The silence is deafening. Would not buy anything from them again.

They actually put "special handling" instructions on the FedEx to "Deliver Weekday" which I never asked for. It was supposed to be delivered by Mother's day. Don't make promises that you cannot keep.

I got expedited shipping for a 10 May guarantee, the shipping site said 15 May and the company would not acknowledge it and kept assuring it would make it... it didn't make it... very awful service and experience... do not waste your time or money!

Customer service is horrible. The website supposedly offers $20 referrals when you refer new customers. That's a BOLD FACE lie. Two people I referred made purchases last week, I was sent two $20 reward codes separately. When I attempted to make a purchase and redeem the code it states that I am unable to use the code with the purchase. I emailed them and they initially told me that the code was invalid I was unsatisfied with their response considering these were emails sent directly from the company. They responded back telling me that the codes expired 12/31/18 and once again try to give me a 10% off code as if that would fix the problem. It's like don't comprehend the fact that they just emailed me those reward codes last week (2019) meaning that they were already expired and no good prior to me receiving them. Not only will I never recommend them I will never purchase anything else from them.

I received a 3 ring Russian necklace which I think except for it keeps twisting over to hide names. I bought a friend a hearts name necklace. This was the same price as mine but it's such poor quality. My name necklace's exchange policy is awful. I could exchange it if I jumped through multiple hoops and more or less paid for the new item
