They lie about their 100 day return policy and 30% restocking fee. They don't have a phone number and will try to convince you through email with all these options instead of returning it. When you say for the 100th time you only want to return it, they ghost you and never reply again. Scam scam scam.
I have had these for less than two weeks. Tangly, dry, awful. I'm so disappointed. I just wasted almost $500 with the hair and service. I will never get any hair from them ever again. POS hair.
