I ordered a present for Fathers Day in August, 3.5 months ago. It never arrived, after chasing for weeks they finally agreed to send another, still hasn't arrived. Now they are telling me it was delivered on 28 October, but have not confirmed who signed for it. My experience tells me they are lying. I am so pissed off at their horrendous customers service. I will be demanding a refund now, because all my $100+ got me was a headache. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I placed an order and paid an extra $25 for "Expedited service". The expedited service never arrived on time (was one week late) and never received an email advising me that it would be late. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY, you can only contact them through email. When I finally got the item, the bracelet was broken straight out of the box?! The irony was that is was delayed due to their "strict quality assurance standards", simply laughable. I have asked every day now fro two weeks for a refund of the bracelet and the expedited shipping cost I paid for. They are not doing it and basically just ignore your request and offer you all kinds of other possiblitlites of discounts on your next purchase etc... YOU ARE WARNED... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered a bracelet with 5 hearts with the names of my grandchildren. The bracelet is no good as it will not fasten and I have emailed lots of times but got no response. This company are not genuine. Another waste of money so please do not order
Their refund policy is ridiculous, after cancelling my second purchase they retained 30% after 10mins of purchase as it wouldn't arrive in time.
I ordered a gold Sophia necklace and received Sophie instead! Emailed them with the photo of what I've received and they asked me if I'm happy with free reorder, I answered yes and after a week they haven't got back to me. It was for my friend's BD, I don't trust them anymore to order jewelry.

I am so disappointed in my order that I don't have the words to describe it. All I can say is do not do it.
I'm gonna go on Etsy and do my order all over again and get what I pay for. Oh and get this- no customer service contact. The 'customer services' email that they use to contact u about shipping is an email that you can not send messages to.
Just received my order, Russian Ring Necklace, and I'm very disappointed with the quality. The rings look nothing like the ones on the site, washers are thicker.
All the info that comes with it saying you have to take it off to shower, you shouldn't have to do that with Solid Silver.
My daughter has just had her second baby 7 weeks ago and I've been so excited awaiting this to give to her.
Now I'm not sure if I will give it to her, over priced in my opinion
I can't believe how ridiculously unreasonable this company is! I placed an order for father's day one month prior, it said the item will arrive within 14-16 days but it's been 1 1/2 months now and it still hasn't arrived yet. It completely ruined the surprise I planned for my partner, and I got fed up with all the wishy washy respond I got from them, so I requested refund. Even though they did not deliver the item on time and spoiled what I had planned, and after nearly 50 days of waiting, it still hasn't arrived, the company simply REFUSED to process refund. Do yourself a favor, NEVER order anything from them!
Quality is beyond horrible, cheap, thin, ugly, disgusting quality. They say satisfaction guaranteed... that is a joke too. I finally disputed int on my credit card. The return process is a joke too, they make it nearly impossible. JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Customer service never gets back to you. They write with a solution then when you choose an option they never write back. I would never trust them. Very cheap quality items that rust and they do not stand behind it. Buyer beware and stay away.
I've been appalled by the customer service of this company, I don't think I've ever been treated by a company this way - I feel as though they truly tried to swindle me out of cash. I can't believe they wouldn't refund the express shipping costs when they didn't ship in the time I paid extra money for. Out of everything, I could not believe my eyes that I have WRITTEN EMAIL EVIDENCE of them promising to pay the shipping cost back in full and 70% of the necklace price if I returned it and then once I had sent the necklace back they refused to do this. Seriously what kind of company are you running?! On top of this there's no number to contact them on and every time I email the customer service email I get a different response from a different person. I don't even believe half the names are real. I will be advising everyone I know to never order anything from MyNameNecklace.
Discussions have been going on since APRIL, I sent the necklace back in JUNE and STILL NO REFUND!
A scam and a sham, they should be ashamed of themselves. Don't trust the positive reviews on TrustPilot - written in the same way/manner all the customer service emails are written. Would be less than shocked if they write these all themselves.

I returned some earrings that were extremely poorly made. I complained and I wasn't allowed to return them for a full refund. I was offered credit- the value of the earrings plus $20 if I return the earrings. I agreed. I sent them back over a week ago, and they claim they haven't received them. The weird thing is they told me to send them back air mail, even though the address is in New York and I'm in California. If you look up the address they want you to return things at, it's a small apartment. Very fishy. They also don't provide a phone number for you to call them at. Only email. Don't buy from here.

SCAM: KEEP AWAY! They have kept over £60 of my money for doing nothing, I canceled my order within 3 min! The had no reason to charge me a 30% re stocking fee (they had no time to do anything with my order). They replied with 30min to say they received my cancellation. They state in their emails they MIGHT charge you 30% re stocking fee and that all work is on hold until you re confirm cancellation - my name necklace did not do anything with my order, they just kept 30% of my money. If you try to get in touch, they ignore you... They have no UK landline or address for you to get in touch... KEEP AWAY! P.S. Be wary of the so called positive reviews...

Bought a necklace for my wife for Mother's Day. It arrived looking like a $5 necklace that you would get in a kids goody bag. They do not have a phone # to call and only have an online submission form for returns. I have filled this out multiple times and no one has replied or contacted me. This is a total scam and I am out $100+ now.

Oor quality, cheap and flimsy design and terrible customer service. The customer service team starts every Email with "No worries", however you should worry! Poor response times, poor turaround times. They shipped my item DHL 3 day service, however when you return an item, it shipped USPS and are told to expect a 2 week delivery. So overall 2weeks to Tel Aviv, 1 -2 weeks in country and 2 weeks back to the US--jist terrible! They do not want to know you after the sale--BEWARE!

Aside from the poor quality, they charge a 1% fee that they don't tell you about. You find out on credit card bill. Dishonest as well as crappy merchandise.

You will not be able to contact this company if there is any issue! They do not have phones, they take days to respond and simply repeat back your question! I believe they say 100 day guarantee and must just put you off for that time. They are a scam! My mother's ring was missing dob and I just wanted them to add it and all they did was blow me off despite my order showing that it should have had it!

So i ordered 2 necklaces and gifted one. My necklace broke within a handful of wears. The chain completely snapped.
When i originally emailed them and provided them with pictures they said a new chain would be sent to me... weeks went by and nothing came. So i emailed again and they said there was no tracking number but it was sent... then a little more than a month goes by and I email again. They tell me they never sent it due to their own error and told me they would send me something right away...(on June 3)
ANOTHER MONTH HAS GONE BY... it is now July 5... still nothing.
This is absolutely such a joke and i regret spending hundreds on their product. It makes me so sick how $#*! their customer service is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Today I placed an order. Email confirmation was immediate. In the confirmation email I realised that one of the names on the order was not complete as I had not realised that there was a character limit. I immediately sent an email asking to cancel the order. They got my cancellation request within 10 minutes of the order being placed. This is their response...
