Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name.
But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave".
For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it.
I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I found it easy to look through the options on the website, choose something I liked, and pay for it. It was a gift for my sister and her husband - personalised yin yang key rings - and they liked it. I got my sister to send a pic and it's quite cute. The company sent me update emails so I knew the status of my order, and then it arrived even earlier than the estimated delivery date, so I'm a satisfied customer.
I ordered the engraved padlock necklace, heart anklet and a bar braceletim really happy with my purchases good quality and a decent price would definatley use them again

I never received my order. I paid rush delivery for Father's Day. NEVER received it & they won't issue me my money back. They keep sending me stupid emails but nothing that pertains to my refund. My attorney is looking into this. I don't know how they're getting away with this.

I have to be honest if I had read some of the bad reviews I would not have ordered, but my bracelet arrived today and it is lovely I am really happy with it. It is proper engraving and well done, the bracelet is hallmarked 925 and and exactly as shown in the pictures, I chose the the free delivery and it arrived within the given time of of two weeks including production time. So from my experience I would recommend them and would buy again..

This is a beautiful bracelet! I got the brown leather & gold vermeil options. It arrived in a decent amount of time. I live in Sydney & expected it in a couple of weeks from where it was travelling from, & it did. It was packaged well seeing as it travelled a fair distance. It seems to be made from quality materials & only the passing of time will tell with 'wear & tear' how well it fares. I am very happy with my purchase to date. I ordered a pendant for a 21st birthday gift. When it arrived I was extremely happy. Personalisation was spot on, the actual pendant and chain seem to be of good quality. Gift bag was great too. A family member lost his wife of 44 years. I had a bracelet made with both of their names on it. It was to be delivered in plenty of time to give it to him to wear to his wife's memorial service. My Name Necklace is a fraud and a scam. We have *nothing* to give to him in the memory of his beloved wife. Fortunately my bank will work with me to reverse these charges. I purchased item that website said would be delivered by 06/18/2021 if I paid additional $14.95. As this was a Father's Day gift, I considered it "insurance" allowing additional days for delay. Item was delivered 4 days after date promised and company refuses to refund the added shipping costs. I can return for 70% refund on product cost without shipping. I am going to dispute entire cost with credit card, and told My Necklace if they want the item back they can send me a prepaid package. Won't shop there again.
