When I received my necklace with my kids' names on it for mother's day I thought it was pretty. I wore it 4 times and the clasp had come undone and I lost all 5 charms but the chain was stuck to my long hair. The chain is supposed to be sterling silver. Well it looks like it's only coated. The chain looks black! Cheap quality! Waste of $135. My husband still doesnt know about it
I didnt have the heart to tell him. Not sure how to get refund.

Definitely a scam! I purchased a necklace on 3rd May, it still hasn't arrived. When I tried to track it says that it's gone to Belgium and then on to Iceland. I live in Ireland.
When customer service finally got back to me said that the delay was out of their control which is incorrect as they are responsible for shipping the product to the correct destination. When I contacted them again numerous times they said finally answered and said "it seems like it's gotten lost" and that they have been authorised to go ahead with a "free" replacement if I did want the necklace replaced why would I be paying for it again when I never received the original order.
Avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle!

First got sent poor quality chain that broke instantly then asked to send back with no proof requested. No refund given and they said they wouldn't without proof. After 2 months of communication they finally offered a replacement. I had to beg for a better quality chain. They offered a better quality chain by sending me poor photos of a silver equivalent, on agreeing this they then sent the same original chain ordered and denied it being that. After 72 emails and 6 months still no resolution. I purchased 2 items in Aprile 2021 received 15% discount on next order.
I purchased 2 more items in May 2021 but had no way to obtain my discount. Called the phone number published on the website. Fake number. Tried to chat via website, the answer was "will check and call you back" never heard anything.
I will not recommend this company also because the items are is extremely overpriced.

I would give two stars, because SOMEONE did help me out, but gave me the wrong item twice and then after someone offered to help me the very last time and in return I would've sent my incorrect items back and received a new item I heard no more from MNN whatsoever. I even sent a new email 2 weeks later and still no response!

Looks and feels cheap. My bracelet fell apart after wearing it for 20 minutes, then I had to spend 30 minutes finding the charms. I've tried to return it (says 100 day return policy) and have heard nothing!

I will admit to being slightly dubious of a jewellery product that advertised on Facebook. However with Mother's day fast aproaching I decided to give it a try. We ordered and received on time a beautiful solid gold custom named necklace for my little girl just in time for her birthday! The necklace made in her name and stylish heart below (not monogrammed) arrived Friday May 7, ordered late evening Friday April 30. MyNameNecklace tracking showed creation, packing and shipping and FedEx tracking shows going from Israel to Cologne Germany and apparently by 777 direct to FedEx central hub in Memphis, TN all on Thursday and then to Newark, NJ and delivered to my mailbox on Friday -- Perfect! -- From late night order on Friday to our home around noon the next Friday -- Amazing job by all involved -- Thank You! We'll be ordering again and with discount from their follow-up emails. We received a 10% discount on this order.
