I chatted online with a rep. From MYKA about a purchase I had just made (within 2 hours of checking out). I needed to cancel and reorder. No problem... They would issue a store credit within 48 hours for me to use. I had no response from customer service and no store credit or refund. After SIX days (no store credit had been issued) and emailing them daily, I received an email response only after opening a dispute with my CC company. The charge was already posted to my CC account. This purchase was a Christmas gift and the order had to be made by Wednesday. They responded on Thursday. Nothing went right. What a mess. NEVER AGAIN! FYI- The only phone number I found for them was on my CC statement and it wasn't a good number.
I placed an order in plenty of time to receive by Christmas. I received an email stating that duplicate orders had been created and to please confirm that it was intentional. When I responded that it was not intentional, I had no knowledge of the duplicate order, and to please cancel the second order - they said they would be charging me a 30% restocking fee due to it being a personalized order. Not only that, now my original order isn't going to arrive in time for Chrismas! What a horrible experience.

I purchased a personalized name necklace on 11/5/22 for a little girls' birthday present I needed by 11/18/22, and based on shipping estimates provided at time of purchase, I should have between 11/14 - 11/16. I placed my order, and the confirmation email stated the estimated delivery date was 11/16. Tracking the order, USPS states that the package was accepted on 11/11. It is now 11/22 and the tracking information has not changed. I have sent numerous emails, which are all responded to at least, but no resolution provided. If an order is sitting at the post office for 11 days with no movement, clearly there is a problem and the company should offer to refund me or expedite a new necklace! Demanding a refund so that I can purchase through Amazon. I would have already been refunded or had my item without even asking if I would have dealt directly with Amazon.

Myka jewelry is a scam, Inferior products with an impressive website to lure you in. My purchase was cheap and defective. Trying to contact them is near impossible and the phone numbers you find are connected to a William Henry jewelry company who deny any involvement with Myka. Do not be fooled by this company!

Firstly I just want to say that i was so disappointed that I waited 4 weeks ish for an anklet from here which I paid over £75 for … with personalised/ initials. The quality is very poor. Don't be fooled by the nice photos on Fb … secondly the anklet wouldn't fit a child's ankle … I'm a uk size 12 so I'm not ever weight nor do I have swollen ankles lol … the initial gold tags we paid extra for look like a 7 year old hand stamped them

I purchased the $300+ sterling silver Love Knot. I received a terribly scratched pendant. I sent it back and they sent it back still scratched, and the engraved names were not visible without a magnifying glass. I have been ignored by their customer service. I am furious that they will keep 30% of my money. Stay away from this company. I wish I looked closer at these reviews before I bought this piece of junk.

I purchased the silver 3 ring name necklace for my mom. Over a hundred dollars and it looked like cheap. Ive seen costume jewelry that looked way better. Looks like a industrial arts class project. I got the rose gold necklace with 4 beads with the names of my children on it. The beads were so small that we had to use a magnifying glass to read what was written on them. The ad was very deceptive and the shipping took forever. Not nearly worth the money and they are almost impossible to reach.

Beware and Dont buy from Myka or any jewelry online without posting their location to make it difficult for the buyers to return items! Cheap items turned black or fading even haven't wear yet its not worth between $30 to $50 each item, it is really wasting your money, the discount is misleading to let you buy more which I did. Better to buy in your legit jewelry store at least you can return anytime. Sad thing, fooling people.

Ordered a customized necklace for mothers day as a gift from my kids for their mom on April 26. I added for expedited shipping. And had a guaranteed delivery date of May 2 to May 3. They did not start making the item Until 4 days later on April 30, even though I had already been charged. May 2, passed, May 3, Passed and May 4 passed. On May 5, I get an email stating my order has shipped and is expected to arrive May 9, a week after it is supposed to arrive. I contacted customer service about the issue and all they said was sorry it was delayed. Sorry doesn't cover the fact that mothers day is now ruined for my wife. The kids gift wont be there in time, and they are heartbroken and upset. And allt he company has to say is they will refund me the expedited shipping. The part that maddens me even more is their absolute lack of professionalism, empathy and customer service. When I placed my order even if I chose normal shipping it was stated it would arrive by May 6 to May 7, also in time for mothers day. The reason I chose expedited shipping to get it by May 2 or May 3, was so that I could be even more ensured it would arrive on time. This company is horrible and I hardly believe they have so many great reviews, when they dropped the ball big time. A good company would refund me the full purchase price for their screw up.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company, they can't deliver on their promises and then they make excuses and show absolutely no remorse for ruining a special day for someone because they couldn't be bothered to expedite the order or deliver as promised.
