The itemized payment section would be improved if there is more description to the required associated fees such as the $8.oo NYS DMV fee - I had the impression that I could submit my own proof of course completion to avoid the fee. The lovely cell phone rep helped me through the inquiry but I would have rather avoided another step of contact.
The optional audio fee $4.95... I do appreciate the optional function. However, in this day and age of electronics; should it not just be included rather than an additional fee for those folks who do wish to go in that direction? Personally, it left a distaste to me that over-shadowed your wonderful product.

I was using my laptop and every time I got to the end to take the 4 question quiz, I checked my answer and then I would scroll to the next question, the answer to the question that I already answered moved to a wrong answer. I was frustrated. What did I do wrong? Just curious, or maybe it was my computer?In any event it was a positive experience. Hope this helps you for the future.
It was an great experience! I really enjoyed the course! It was very inexpensive and I learned so much while having so much fun along the way! The best part is the take away of receiving a discount from my auto insurance company for the next three years. An amazing win win opportunity you cannot pass up!
