I found some of the answers to quizzes provided by the program were not as useful as the ones I provided. Upon communicating with the Improv staff, my input was corroborated. Also, the program needs to be updated to take account of the latest technologies and powertrains.

My experience was overall less time consuming and informative than in a regular class with a lot of attendees.
It's a good course, although I realized later that I could have taken AAA's course for a slightly lower fee. While I understand that NYS requires a certain number of hours for it to be approved, I always finished reading each section before the timer expired, sometimes 20 minutes or more. There should be more emphasis on preventing distracted driving. Instead of the 'humor' breaks, including some photos of actual accidents caused by people on their cell phones might make more of an impact. Years ago five girls were killed in a head-on with a tractor trailer outside Canandaigua, NY because the driver was on her phone and drifted into his lane. Yet I see people on phones ALL the time - driving big rigs, cement trucks, SUV's, every kind of vehicle imaginable. Too many deaths.
Very good. Although the frequent time outs and having to start from the beginning of the chapter and roll through all the content to get to where I was is very frustrating! I would change the time out period to be a longer period of time and use an audible alert when it will time out in one more minute etc
I thought that since I did the actual written part of my driver's license exam over 30 years ago that it was going to be very difficult for me. That wasn't the case at all, the exam had a lot of useful information that was easy to understand and remember. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested because it is well designed and easy to follow and understand. The price was very reasonable too.
It would be nice to have an audio version of the lessons. Overall, it is well designed, and the humor injected helps. Thanks!
The process was easy to complete but took less time than I had to sit there...didn't like that aspect of the learning.
