I was apprehensive about doing a defensive driving program; thought I knew more than enough about driving; but actually learned quite a bit from the course; things that I can use in everyday driving; and would recommend it to others. The Improv was easy to follow and use; more than happy that I chose it; and would recommend it to others.

It was fun
Course materials were very informative. Biggest drawback is that, if you read fast and complete the course in under 8hrs, you still have to be logged on to the course for 8hrs. I finished in 4hrs. In order to complete the 8hrs I had to log in, then I could watch Netflix. HOWEVER, it was necessary to keeping going back into the course every 10 to 15 min, because if you are not actively moving in the course, the clock shuts off, and you have to log out and back in again. So I spent 4hrs going back and forth every 15min or less just to get the complete 8hr requirement done, so it would let me take the final exam, and get my certificate. The 8hr requirement is for the State of Washington I believe. I think some states are 6hrs.
I was hesitant to take the on-line course because in the past I did not like it. I am glad I took the course with you. It was funny, and informative. Thank you. I intend to take the course with you in the next three years.
