I have taken 3 safe driver courses and this was the best!

Very simple, learned a lot and it was entertaining which was appreciated

I enjoyed the material. Just need confirmation that my results have been received by the Michigan Department of State. I emailed IMPROV about this a few days ago and still have not received confirmation.

Loved the humor throughout

I took the defensive course and found it to be excellent and appreciste my lower insurance premium

I had a pretty positive experience with this company. They were upfront with the costs and had no hidden fees. My only criticism is that the sound was inconsistent and nearly nonexistent for some of the video portions. One question was based on the information in the video, so it would have been nice to have heard it.

The course was entertaining enough to hold my interest, but a little repetitive on the same topics presented twice.
