I commend the managers and employees for their highly esteem performance at the Thornton Road and Bankhead Hwy location. It has been a pleasant experience weekly. However, the news that the smaller shopping carts will become obsolete sadden me and other customers. I am appealing to the owners to please allow the small shopping carts to remain. Today, as I was removing my bags of groceries from the one small cart; another customer was waiting to use the small cart. There were many larger carts in plain view.
The prices at Food Depot are relatively cheap, however, their store managers professionalism is pretty cheap as well, at the store on 3205 S. Cobb drive in Smyrna, Ga., and it all falls back on a low emphasis on customer service.
