Worst service ever. Very bad tracking system and the product was not delivered on the promised time.
I highly suggest not to go with this as it will disappoint you always.

I ordered for gerberas, my wife's favorite and they gave carnations which my wife hates. Also, the elegant pink teddy ordered came as ugly dark pink teddy which is normally sold on streets. They ruined my valentine's day and surprise and emotions.

I order for rs2100 n they didn't deliver the order also n no refund n no respond nothing. Today everything was slop show. They should ban this type of website Becoz ppl r getting fraud like this n wasting money.

The delivery is not on the same day. I can't track my order. My order hasn't reached even after one day ans they say that the company delivers in 3/4 hours. It is an extremely bad and a $#*!ty company. I personally would recommend not to use. It is total $#*!

There suppose to be Big Zero rating for this site, this company is there in market to cheat the customer. Apart from the flourish website nothing is there. This company suppose to rewarded with world worst customer service. I have order bouquet of Rs 1700 same not been delivered but cheating company says same has been delivered but they don't know whom they have deliver, might they have deliver my order to CEO of this company for this Valentine. Such a worst company. I have raise the compliant in consumer forum.

I have ordered red roses chocolate combo. I have received only roses. I tried to contact to customer care they said to raise complaint on panel. No proper resolution

Today, I ordered the "Light Pink Lilies Vase" for Rs. 3,795 as a gift and paid an extra Rs. 195 for guaranteed delivery before 1 p.m. The order was delivered at 2 p.m. although at 1 p.m. I got an SMS from these fraudsters that the flowers had been delivered. I could not get a hold of anyone from customer service and raising a complaint from their website simply get me a popup message saying that someone would get in touch with me. It has been 3+ hours now and I am still waiting. The flowers were delivered in a small transparent glass vase and looked totally unappealing.

Please do not waste your time and money ordering from these people. There must be other better options.

Its useless…I ordered bouquet of 150 roses and they delivered 109 roses…while complain they rudely said we are right…we sent 150 flowers. How can be such a big variation if it is home delivered by your people…. Its not a company…it looks like it is just giving a platform for smaller roadside seller to sell their product through an organaised platform…. Like OLA…MyFlowerTree is highly unprofessional…. Its far better to go and purchase stuff from roadside seller directly rather than going through MyFlowetTree

I ordered a half kg blueberry cheese cake on 20th Dec for Rs. 995 and what got delivered today around 1 pm was just a normal cream cake, worth Rs. 300 (confirmed by the store person).
Just when I saw it, I called the delivery guy thinking that he delivered someone else's order at my place. He took the store person on conference call and the store person said that he got order for a normal cream cake only and that was worth Rs300.

Since then I have been trying to log a complaint on their website (MyFlowerTree.com) but every time I put in the details and click Submit, it says 403 - Forbidden and does not register the complaint. Even their call center is so pathetic that after calling 40-50 times, my call got connected just twice. On both calls, I was assured that I would get a resolution and a call back from them in 30 minutes.

Its been 4 hours now that I have been trying to get this issue resolved but it seems that this company doesn't act on complaints.

Hell with your service.! You guys are taking international orders but could not even manage to deliver in punjab! You guys changed the cake, it was totally different as compared to that shown in the picture. You didn't even deliver the order at the selected location and asked the receiver to collect it from somewhere 40kms away! Could not even thought of providig a printed message card, and just gave a slip with poor handwritten text. What a pathetic service! When you can't manage your job properly, stop showing off!
