They don't deliver on the promised day, neither refund your money. It's the worst customer service I have come across.

I had placed order for snake plant on 14th feb, which never got delivered and there wasn't even a single call, msg or mail for the delay. After all the follow up I get my delivery on 20th feb with worst condition possible. Their customer care is so irresponsible, they don't words like sorry or apology I believe. This company is fraud and they fool customers. I always order from ferns n petals but this time I tried this $#*! and that's the worst decision ever. This company needs to be shut and sued. Please don't bother to order from this company. You ll waste your money and evening.

On February 14,2021 early morning, i placed an order from this site. That was a bouquet with teddy and choclates for my fiance. It was my first ever valentine with him so i wanted to make it special as it could be in our Long distance relation. I chose the order time slot between 6am to 21pm on the same day i. E. Feb 14,2021, I PAID 300 delivery charges for same day nd the bouquet was of 999/-. I tracked my order, they were showing its packed ready to deliver but after 21pm it was still showing packed for delievery. I called on customer care, i did request on their chatting platform but nothing fruitful came in hand. I waited for next day but they sent a msg on 5am that they approached the recipient but couldn deliver it. Though i have given 2 contact numbers of recipient, i asked him but noone approached him for order. I made the payment through my card details. Guyz, They are fraud people dont ever use this site.
Atlast i request them to refund my money atleast which is 1300/- in total.
This is just the monetory damages nd i m not requesting now any mental damages for the harrassment of our feelings.
So send it anyway i m waiting.

I ordered a flower from your chutia site for 14th Feb but you behanchods people not delivered my order and on 15 you send me a message my load is delivered. I called you bastards multiple times and lodge a complaint multiple times but not getting response from your side. I am telling you refund my amount otherwise I will file a complaint against you for forgery.

Plz dont order anything from myflowertree. They take your money and dont deliver items. Recent experience with me on 14 feb 2021

I had ordered the cake from this website on 14Feb 2021 still I have not received cake from this website and no contact details are found on the website, I have been cheated from them. Do not Buy form this website.

Never buy anything from this guys they don't have direct contact details. Fooling people with wrong commitments. No response to your queries, before you buy something from this guys please check contact first to see how reliable.
They are useless fake company. I will share my order number ******* so far no one try to contact us for delivery and they charged more because of Valentines day and not turn up

I ordered a Chocolate Truffle CAke, but the cake received is vey much different from the Pic.
Very Disaapointed.
Moreover i Just Forget to write the Message on the Cake so I called their Customer Service Three times, but none responded me positively, Even one Executive told me that the she will post the message on Cake but den too when i received the Cake Nothing is written on it.

They only Concern About Money, Charges very High and Service is Very Third Class even Below that..
