While selecting for the flowers the i had requested sales person if they have Lilly flowers in stock. The person confirmed not only that it is availble but also confirmed that it could be delivered within short period of time. I just to need pay little extra and the time frame.
But neither of the above happened. They delivered late and moreover instead of Lillys they just a bunch of Gerberas. Photo of the gerbera arrangement are the proof that they are not worth the money.

It's me Ajijul Haque from Qatar Doha last Monty approx 22 of January i ordered some gift for girlfriend through your website with what's app contact no.
Asper my order they delivered the item but.
The flower bouquet send that all the rose are spoil and the is individual packing the gift just like dumped in box like as normal delivery it's really disappointed. There no valu for money and loyalty the lady be she clearly tell me it's should be packed with your special sms so I send all the my sms. But nothing happens.
And on 14 delivery there was a delivery one cake and again flowers bouquet. But whatever she sow me in picture but delivery is different. Last few days I try to contact through what's app no body responds though the what's app. So I call again before 14 delivery and I tell what's happened so she tell me ok for next delivery which mean on 14 delivery we will keep in our mind. So again happen same this showing something and delivery something different it's just ignoring.
So yesterday again I put sms on what's app no response. So again I call to her and aks the fact so she telling me I am not handling what's app but before she is the one who send all the piks and link by through what's app when she talking over the phone with me. 1st they pic showing and delivery different. Sow now kindly respond and contact to me for this. And specially that when call her. Her voice and answering the way she replied it's like that I done a big mistake. Humm the mistake is that may be i trust they and order from them
I ordered an cake and flowers for a birthday, I paid 3000 and extra 200 rs for delivery also, they didn't deliver the cake & flowers and when I ask for refund they said they can't refund it's against their policy when they completely failed to deliver on time. Customer service also not good.

Received bad quality cake small size than the orginal order. These people are fraud. On th delivery date they are instructing the local supplier to prepare a simple cake! And the cake was reday next day.
They asked for extra payment to deliver on a particular time, but when I called in to check abou the delay in receiving. The lady on the other side of the phone showered insults. There is no other way to contact someone higher up to register even a complaint.

Last time when I ordered there was a double payment 2700/- due to a technical glitch from the company and till I get a confirmation from my bank this company didn't accept that they received double payment. After multiple follow ups they gave a credit note and told me I can use for future orders from their site, but asked to send them a mail with items selected.
