Fake company

Fake company. The positive reviews are written by the company themselves.
The post office confiscated the letter sized item they said was my items (I ordered a shirt and two pairs of socks, bigger than a letter), because of counterfeit postage. This is next level organized crime bs.

Easy to order initially but still haven't received anything a month later. I paid a little extra for "VIP" service as I ordered on Dec 10 for a xmas gift, but no follow ups after having asked for updates. Tracking info has said the same thing for the whole time basically and they even asked me for feedback about the product! Seems they keep blaming postal service every time i ask but that's as far as i can get. I don't need the product anymore as I had to buy something else.

Avoid

Avoid them. I didn't get to preview the product, it took ages to arrive and was rubbish design on poor material when it arrived. Delivery details were deliberately misleading and when I raised all my issues they had the cheek to only offer me a 10% refund and I had to fight for more.

Great shirt!

I wanted a custom-made Hawaiian shirt featuring the logo of my alma mater. I sent in the logo, received proofs, and then received the beautiful shirt according to the promised delivery date. It was a big hit when I wore it to a college event, and I know I'll wear it a lot in the future. Thank you!

I ordered the matching hawaiian shirt and dress. They were cute, quality wasnt superb and shirt was missing a button and dress size was a bit off but overall satisfied and will wear these on vacation.

Misleading
June 11, 2020

I place an order with them and paid the additional $2.95 for faster service and an additional $19.95 for 2 day shipping. Needless to say I didn't get my order in two days it was A little bit over a week.
They are trying to offer me only 20% of my purchase price. I want my $19.95 that I paid for shipping.

Great product

I woke with morning after regrets of purchasing something I wasn't sure would make it for the family reunion. I paid rush delivery and that, combined with the cost of the shirt, wasnt cheap. After clearing my head I determined that it was about the cost of a nice polo shirt but this one was personalized with my besties face.

After a week of anxiously awaiting my parcel, the shirt arrived two days earlier than expected and the quality was great. Wore it for 18 holes in the heat. Perfectly breezy and light for the occasion. I got many compliments on it and everyone wanted their own (it helps that Buster is so darn handsome).

10/10 I'm already planning my next purchase.

Above and beyond service

Fantastic service, super fast communication, and I received my order in just a few days. I will definitely order again. I had placed an order and paid for rush shipping. Later I sent a message asking to add another pair of socks to the order. Customer service advised that this might delay my order, which I needed on a particular date so I decided not to get the extra pair of socks. When my order arrived on time I saw that myfacesocks had indeed included the extra pair of socks and didn't even charge me for it. Excellent service - thank you so much. And the socks were adorable and high quality, too.

Buyer beware STAY AWAY
February 20, 2020

I do not usually write reviews, But people need to be aware of this company! It has been 26 days since I ordered and STILL have not received my order. I have emailed the company only to have received what appears to be an automated response of "The order has been crafted today which will be shipped within 48 hours days and once shipped, it will take 7-10 business days to arrive. You will be able to receive email notification at the same time. We appreciate your understanding and patience to wait for the parcel in the period". I have received this same message twice on my last two emails- One last week and one today. I checked tracking and it says "order processing"- So not exactly sure where my order is at. I have requested a refund and am reporting them as a fraudulent company. GREAT IDEA... BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered two pairs of socks, I notified Myfacesocks immediately as I saw they have partnered with Aramex/Fast Way couriers and I knew my deliver would be lost. Myfacesocks told me no to a refund and now Aramex isnt answering their calls. Tracking my order Aramex say they have delivered the sock but I have been home all day due to lock down. Now I don't have the delivery and zero ownership from Myfacesock. Please do not order from this company they will not reply nor refund you their money please be careful do not deal with this company.

Comes form CHINA not NJ

It states socks ship within 3-5 days, the company is in NJ so why is it shipping to CA first? Well because these are coming from CHINA. Don't expect to get your order anytime soon.

BUYER BEWARE

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wish I had found these reviews before placing my order, but my experience follows everyone's I've read. I ordered Thanksgiving day 2019 an did not receive the socks until late January ******* despite numerous emails/questions/comments/ concerns. Yes the responses are canned/scripted with grammatical errors. Yes it takes days to receive a response from them. Their website states the order will be sent within 3-5 business days. LIE! Their website states the customer will receive updates on their shipment. LIES! When tracking my order, I also received "order not found" message. I had to try multiple times. When I did manage to track my order, the status had not changed. It had been "in transit" since December 5th. These socks were also to be a funny Christmas present. Obviously, this did not happen. I was so excited to order these socks; it would have been so funny with my family gathered together. Well, the joke is on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Course if you order now, you may have your order by NEXT Christmas 2021. In looking at the reviews on their website, they are all positive, glowing AND state how quickly their shipment was received. THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE. Course, I also do not believe these are true customer reviews. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.
