Coke went from providing hundreds of products for points to a Las Vegas Gamble on which you can't even play the game you want. Just like all those who wrote reviews before me, totally agree what a joke. You turn in points for the chance of wining something versus turning in points and actually getting something (at a healthy exchange in their favor). Very disappointed having been using a rewards member since 2006. But I am done. Hope the money they think they will save costs them dearly...
Trying to donate my "rewards" because apparently Coke has decided to yet again SCREW their customers. I have been collecting the ridiculous codes & NONE of them are being accepted!

The rewards program used to be a lot of fun, but it went from providing fun Coca Cola swag, to providing sweepstakes entries, to only providing charity donations (and I'm pretty sure that Coke takes the tax credit for the donations). I'm guessing they are going to donate to those groups anyways, so all you get for the time spent entering rewards is to direct which of 4 charities gets the money.
The whole thing is very misleading now. They still print codes yet there are no benefits for us the consumer. It's just donating points and that's it. Not worth the time or effort for the amount the charities would get by doing that.
I have several hundred codes I've been hanging on to and accumulating hoping over the last few years that they would add some rewards like a free drink for example but nada -- nothing.
What a waste of counter space for the caps that have been collecting dust there.
There are no incentives to save your Coca-Cola codes, none at all because all your points no go to Charities on the official Coca-Cola website. I don't mind there being an option for giving all your hard-earned points to charity but how about an option to earn free stuff? It's not much to ask that a multi-billion dollar organization that knows to give its consumers of their products type 2 diabetes a chance for some cool swag. Please fire the guy that changed your site for the worse.
Tip for consumers:
Just throw away your Official code.

This additional information is a waste of time for most of the products being reviewed. It's Coca-Cola a soda company so cola that I reviewed.
I have been with the Rewards program for over 10 years It was much better for us when you could use your rewards to purchase something, even if it did have Coke written all over it. There are no more rewards just enter your codes for contest drawings that no one seems to win, read the reviews! If Coke wants to get out of the rewards business why don't they just say so and do it instead of making everyone mad, I use to think better of the company but not so much now. Goodbye Coke!
MCR has been on a downhill slide since they quit giving rewards for bottle cap code redemptions. Just a waste of time now. Even stopped drinking Coke for that reason!

Waste of time. If I put the time into saving the codes and then entering I should get something, not get chance at getting something.
I miss the old rewards when it was fun and exciting to get something for buying a certain brand or product. I have been saving caps thinking that they will read the consumer reviews and make some changes but clearly they could care less. So Dear Coke! I AM OUT!
Back to Pepsi I go! Who ever is in charge of this reward program should lose their job! What a waste of space
Like so many others here, I used to LOVE the My Coke Rewards program. Enter codes, save up points, pick cool prizes. What's not to love. THEN they changed it. Not so great, but at least I could still enter points and get AMC movie tickets, $5 Amazon cards, etc. THEN they changed it AGAIN. Complete waste of my time. No concrete prizes, only "chances to win." Haven't won one single thing from this new iteration. I'm done. I think it's time to throw my caps in the trash and switch to a healthier drink... WATER.
It's all a waste. They really don't give you anything for the codes. I have literally uploaded hundreds to only get a Shutterfly photo book. It takes FOREVER to upload them. Then it'll say it has a problem with the code. Other times you can't read the codes. Then half the promos are for machines that are nowhere in my part of the country. This is not a rewards program. This is just a scam and Coke should be ashamed.
Not worth the effort of even scanning the lid. You never win and you max out on attempts to enter your favorite giveaways. This is not a rewards program; a rewards program actually incentives loyalty. This program is more irritating than incentivizing..
Bring back the old program, what a waste of not being able to purchase items with points. Coke really messed this one up. I'm sitting with a Walmart bag full of caps useless.
No selection... no value... no incentive... waste of time... gives the coke product families a bad name and bad reputation.

Seriously. What used to be a mediocre rewards program is now a horrifically bad rewards program.
What kind of reward is it that I can spend my money on their product and the only benefit I get from the program is that I am allowed to submit codes so that COKE can donate to questionable charitable causes and reap all the rewards for themselves? What happened to rewarding the CUSTOMER?
I mean, at this stage of the game, all but two of the so-called rewards are for "CoVid support". What the hell is that? Does coke not know that most people are no longer concerned with CoVid and simply living their lives, while organizations like COKE continue to perpetuate the scaredemic? Sure, "Omicron" is all the rage right now. Anyone who's anyone has it or has had it. What are we ever going to do when it's all over?
One thing is for certain. There's no way in the world I'll waste my time entering codes into this lame excuse for a "customer incentive" program.
How will I ever survive without my precious Woka Cola? I guess I'll find out. There's very little chance that I'll be supporting their ridiculous agenda any longer.
Such a sad and pathetic joke they've become... like so much of corporate America these days.

Find another beverage. These people will only waste the profits you give to them.

I used to do coke rewards, would get hats lunchbox, movie tickets, not bad, worth the time of punching in all the codes form each bottle cap. HOWEVER,,, since the pandemic all you can get is donations on behalf of CocaCola. I think donating to a worthy cause is awesome, but I would rather do it on my own! I will not be sitting there with bottlecap rewards for this! Coke stop giving lousy rewards, you make enough money! Make it worth your customers time to earn real rewards!
I was not sent a promised Visa gift card. Upon writing this review, Coke has made good on the gift card. I don't have it yet, though. I have redeemed the gift card at this point. If I didn't complain, would I have received in September the card I was promised in April? I don't think so.
By now I did get the gift card. I had to really keep after them. I suggest you do too.
I won a $10.00 gift card on March madness. I still haven't received it. They sent a ship notification by Fed Ex. When I checked, they said the ship notification was an error, I should get my gift card in 10 weeks. I still have not gotten it. They have not responded to me. I think there are no winners in these "contests". I may be reporting them
I enter the codes just to donate to the national parks. Not really sure who benefits here though as there is no accountability as to whether Coke actually donates what they say they do. Even if they do, the credit goes to Coke for the work that others do in entering the codes, not to mention the tax credits and marketing benefits Coke earns.
Tip for consumers:
Use it as a way to donate to some charities if you like the ones listed.

"waste of time", " not worth the effort", "what were they thinking". I can't add much to that, the program really stinks. I may go to grad school now that I have so much free time. I've rediscovered RC cola and need to buy some Moon Pies, life is good.
Basically instead of redeeming codes to earn reward products, You are expected to spends hours entering your codes as a donation. You'd think Coke would just make the donation themselves instead of making us waste time to donate a few cents. I guess I'll just stop purchasing your product and move to a product that may actually reward their consumers.
Customers used to be able to buy products and enter products and be "rewarded" with gifts cards, movie tickets, etc for their efforts. You could also enter and bank your points for future "rewards". Wow! This program has gone way downhill. I won't be wasting my time saving the points or checking the site anymore. Not what I expect from a program that has been so great in the past.
I have a jar full of caps and labels that I can't use to win any sweepstakes b/c Coke has NONE listed! Instead, they want you to donate to all these diff charities. Of course, its nice to do an I do that on occasion but more then ever, during a darn pandemic, it would be nice to be able to have some hope you might win something. But they instead want people who have no job to donate and took all the sweeps away? Coke this
Is a BIG disappointment and I will no longer purchase coke if another option is on a better sale b/c the points aren't worth it.
Several years ago I was enrolled in the Coke Rewards program and was impressed with it. Now there is nothing worth saving for. Couldn't Coke at least offer reward coupons for a six or 12 pack of Coke to loyal Coca Cola drinkers like myself?
Even when dining out I usually order coke. If not available I'll drink water. Pepsi or any other cola option is never acceptable.
By the way, when at home I drink caffeine free regular coke. I wish it were available at more places(restaurants, movies, free standing drink machines, 7-11s...) than grocery stores.
This new program is garbage! There are only "chances to win" something and it seems that no one ever wins! I was entering codes for a free movie ticket. I was one code away and then the reward was just... gone. It was no longer listed as a reward. So, I entered all of these codes toward that reward and they just disappeared. Ridiculous. Way to piss off your customers, Coca Cola. The old rewards program was 1000% better than this mess.
