I see many reviews where customers were unhappy.
I received a prompt e-mail when my item I ordered was not available.
I also received another e-mail the following day, informing me that they found 1 more bottle of my shampoo!
I know the item does not come quickly and I expected that, as it is not claiming to be Amazon.
Appreciated the kind, professional communication from their representative, and receiving the product
(which I love).

Not worth the time
December 2, 2020

Placed an order, got an email saying that they would cancel it if they didn't hear from me in 24-48 hours. So I contacted them. TWICE. No reply, they cancelled the order and that was that. I do not recommend this company. Something wrong is going on here.

I ordered 3 bottles of Enjoy shampoo, and unlike others, I did receive three bottles of product... problem was, it was the WRONG product! I chose this company b/c they are local, so I went to their location today for an exchange or refund. Turns out its a personal residence- they have no product there- it comes from Colorado. The lady wanted me to give her my three bottles, and she said it would be sent back to Colorado and my refund would be mailed to me. Nope. A legitimate business would have refunded me before taking the product.

You dont buy anything from these people. They just take your money. They dont send you the right things and will leave issues unresoved. Been waiting for my ENJOY HAIR MASK since August. 13 emails later... still nothing.

Dont trust them

I just received a fairly expensive conditioner today. The pump was not locked. It was taped shut, and it spewed all over. As far as I can tell the product is actually L'anza but to me it is suspect. A person named Mark G answered my message and basically wanted me to tell him how to resolve it. I told him I wasn't asking for anything. I won't be ordering from this company again. I've ordered this product from other businesses online before and have never had this issue. He has not responded to me further.

Was worried after reading some of the other reviews, but my experience was great. I've bought the same Brocato Saturate product from several other on-line stores and this experience was as good as any other I've had. Also got a good deal on the Conditioner, which was on sale. Product arrived in good shape and quickly. I have no doubts that it is genuine, having used this brand for years. The bottles did arrive with tape on the top, which is typical in my experience, due to the flip top nature of the cap. Accidental opening in shipment would be a disaster.

I recommend.

It placed an order for hairspray with this company. When I got my confirmation I realized that I ordered 1.5 oz. Size instead of 10.6 oz. The cost for the 1.5 oz was almost what I have been paying elsewhere for the 10.6 oz. I went to their customer page and sent an e-mail right away asking them to cancel my order. I also tried to call customer service number and was never able to get through. I left a message that I ordered by mistake and did not want the order to ship. I never got a response. I thought maybe they had cancelled my order, but about a week later I received the incorrect product in the mail. That was after I had made two more attempts at cancelling the order on the customer page and two more voices mails with "customer service". Now I am trying to decide it I just keep the product I did not want, or go through the pain of returning it and trying to get a refund. Don't use this company. Their customer service is terrible.

I purchased this product (multifunctional electric sharpener) on September 3. Shipment was not confirmed until September 25. On September 21 I received a sharpening disc that was not what ordered. I have sent multiple emails in an attempt to resolve this problem. Twice they asked me to send a picture of what I received and I sent the picture each time. I have requested a refund which was ignored. I am now waiting for them to check with their shipping department. They have not been at all helpful and seem to be indifferent to me as a customer.

Company was founded for dropshipping and paid out commission. Join November 2022 and had several orser placed but never got paid out. When I sent support an email about what was owed to me they stated they no long pay out the commission and that you can order products and create a shop if account. I paid 299 for the highest package to be paid for commission and was told they no longer do that then on top of that. I decided since they are no going to give me commission I made in 2022. I told to prorate what is owed to to close the account they closed the account and sent 75 dollars. Do not waste your time your better off dealing with a China company for drop shipping.

We did receive what we ordered (conditioner), but are suspicious it's not legit. The packaging was oddly taped shut (vs factory sealed), and spilled in shipping. The label & packaging look appropriate vs the last set we purchased, but the texture and smell of the conditioner wasn't identical. Our gut feel is, this is some kind of knock-off product repackaged.

The worst product site I have ever encountered. Ordered product June 29 2020 money left my account instantly with confirmation email product is ready for shipment. July 30 2020 still no delivery Tracking Number Not Found No Replies At All From Several Emails I Have Sent! Are now unable to send emails! A popup that reads Limited Submission WTF. I am angry this is a scaming site! WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! YOU WILL NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE GOODS AND YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR REFUND! LEASON LEARNED!

This company seems legit, but it's not. The customer service is AWFUL!
I ordered a fair amount of product from mybeautybuy.com nearly 3 weeks ago and have tried contacting them the last few weeks through phone and e-mail and NO response still. (I have made 10 attempts now to be exact.) I go to the tracking and it states "item has shipped and can't edit change or cancel order" I then go to USPS website to see if I was able to review/ see the status of my intended package and it states

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 15,2016 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available.

(Which was back on 3-11 and STILL the exact same update 2 weeks later.)
Again, all along the shipping was guaranteed "2 DAY priority mail".
And No, the product is NOT INTERNATIONAL, therefore should have been here by now and a least some type of response back.

I am quite infuriated and just want my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER!
UNLESS, you want to lose your money and receive no product.
