At first, the "experts" assigned didn't work on my assignment, then unassigned at the very last minute. I've been told to give them unlimited time to find other "experts" so solve my assignment question. Just now, I finally received the solutions, and it's really simple and irrelevant to my assignment question. My question has given a lot of values to subtitue into some equations, which I have provided the equations to them, but the "experts" didn't even use any of them, just use some simple formula that canbe found from the internet and write it down, didn't even subtitute any values at all. Later, the "experts" plotted 2 simple graphs(which my question requires) without putting any values (since the calculations are wrong and have no values at all). Lastly, my assignment question wants us to comment on the graph, and the "experts" just use 1 simple setence to sum up the 2 graphs. I'm very dissapointed, they delay to give me my solutions and wrong, after they redo it, they just changed the graph from free hand drawing on paper to 2 graph copy pasted from internet. This experienced costs me 32 USD.

Before paying for the assignment, I triple checked with the support that the supposedly "phd" expert is able to complete the assignment on time (and they said yes). HOWEVER, they did not. After asking for a extension with my professor, I resubmitted my deadline. What I have received is worse than "worst": the code did not work and none of the requirements I mentioned were achieved. It was surprising that this business is still running for how bad of an experience it gave me. Well, guess what? I have to code myself the whole application myself without sleeping for two days. What is the worst of all you ask? After asking for a revision, the code has only completed one of the three requirement after 72 hours! Very surprising? NOT AT ALL WHEN YOU WENT SLEEPLESS FOR TWO DAYS AND THEY GAVE BACK THE ASSIGNMENT AFTER THE DEADLINE.It is great if you want to waste your money because I spent 250GBP, stupid me... BY THE WAY: THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU SO DON'T EVEN TRY. (I could have spent 250GBP on a 3 star Michelin dinner than this)

SCAM AND FRAUD. ENGAGE TO FAIL.

Website is a fraud. Instructions were given explicitly but the "experts" can't even read basic English.

Many of the key points indicated on the instructions were not captured. Contacted them to do a refund, they promised to do a rewrite in 24hrs because it wasn't what was required AT ALL (assignment was on certain companies as case study creating a new company app and website with redesigning both as well as rationale for why you chose to do this) and begged for a second chance. Told them assignment was due in 24hrs.

After 10hrs no rework was done (Past the deadline already!) and I contacted them again and they asked for 24hrs to do a rewrite with another "expert".

This time after 24hrs the work is even worse because some of the work is a plagiarism from other websites. The "expert" did a write up on the case study of the company from ANOTHER COUNTRY and "designs" were captured but it was a screenshot of the existing app and website.

I had to redo my work within 10 hours and submit myself but they only decide to give 50% refund after wasting my time and effort.

I am a college student spent whopping 160$ on getting a solution. I provided my requirements. Instead of network visualisation they havd provided with me with a graph plot which i myself could have done it.
I first asked them to provide me my solution on 1st may since i had a solution on that day. They failed to provide snapshots, so they extended until may 3rd after i myself told them.
Now after i failed to submit with the required documentation failed to provide from their side, they are blaming it back on me yes i downloaded the solution, of course, i had to download it in order to see the work progress right.
So my prof graded me an incomplete and i wasn't able to graduate because of negligence from their side.
Please dont ask us for login details of uni, and irrelavant stuff like project video being submitted from a location that and this. Such games will just reflect your professionality.

So i lost my graduation, my money, my time.
Please refund my money we are international students.
