Submitted an order on August 13th. Received an email saying for the figurine to match material wise to the advertisement have to pay an addional $199.00 this brought my order to $652. Fast forward to today I still have yet to receive even a shipping notice. Will see how long it takes for my refund. Will revise review once recieved. Company is located in India. I really wasn't sure what to expect and paid extra for the shipping before Christmas and a sitting position and it was worth it. I thought the customer service was great. They wrote me back within 24 hours of me writing them and my husband's words of 'It looks just like me!' was priceless! They even made the drumsticks so I didn't have to! Thank you! I'll be back.

After raising my concerns about the product I ordered with My3dSelfie, they contacted with me and voluntarily offered remaking my ordered figurine with the better, more expensive material because they value my feedback and wants to retain me as their lifetime customer. I am very delighted about their offer and accepted it. Hopefully, their remade product will meet my satisfaction and I will become not only their lifetime customer but also become an ambassador for their brand to spread the good words about their product and their customer service.

I ordered a figurine of my late grandmother to be designed by My3dSelfie. Even though the photos were not of good quality(old photographs), they made the figurine look realistic and exactly as I have my grandmother in my memory. I was initially afraid whether I paid to the right company. I emailed a few times back and forth, but their customer relationship was impressive. They kept me appraised of the design and even allowed me to view a render image of the 3d figurine before it was printed. When I received the final product, I was extremely impressed by their artwork and their accurate representation from the photos. I would recommend My3dSelfie to anyone who would like a 3d selfie from photos.

Our son passed away August 4 of this year. So I wanted to get my granddaughter something for Christmas…. It's perfect. Thank You so much for everything

This is my 3rd purchase of a 3D statue from My3d Selfie. I had another done to commemorate the passing of another of my pets. It's very difficult to capture the essence of a cat in a 3D statue, but the team at My3d Selfie knocked it out of the ballpark once again. They really took their time to put together a 2D sketch and to make whatever necessary revisions in order to get it right. I am very appreciative of the team's efforts and am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend My3d Selfie to anyone who may wish to order any 3D statues. This is a great team and they certainly aim to please and provide excellent craftsmanship.

It brought tears to my eyes. Replica of my beloved mom. Had her favorite color incorporated in the outfit. Detail was awesome. Going to order a second one. My dad absolutely loved it.

I ordered a bust of our grandson for my wife for Christmas. Paid $50 extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery. It did not arrive until after Christmas. Was shipped USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. Anyone who absolutely has to meet a deadline would never ship via USPS. So my wife's major present was not there Christmas morning.
When the bust finally arrived we were very disappointed. Not only did it look like a generic boy much older than our grandson, it had red outlines around the hair and eyes, and it looked like he had lipstick on.
I got the extra shipping cost back by going through VISA. The people at MY3DSELFIE never offered even a partial refund, an apology, or to remake the bust.
I know 3D printing can be well done because my daughter has one that looks astonishingly like her... from another company.
I cannot recommend using MY3DSELFIE.

We contacted this company to see about having a custom figure made for a Christmas village my mom has been collecting and displaying for as long as I can remember. It was a tricky order because we wanted the figure to be only 2.75 inches tall. I wasn't sure what to expect, but wanted to give it a try. Customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with! After answering tons of questions I had, they walked us through the entire process. The order arrived within the timeline advertised and was sent FedEx. (Production time was about 3 - 4 weeks and shipping was only 3 - 4 days.) The figure is absolutely perfect! It is the right size and looks just like the photos we submitted! I was not sure what to expect with 3D printing, but aside from a little "rougher" feel it is just like her other village figures. It came very well packaged, rolled in two layers of bubble wrap and then packed in packing peanuts. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this company! We will be doing business with them again! Thank you My 3dSelfie for doing such an amazing job!

I was initially cynical about the product that I would receive from My3dSelfie. I gave them photos of my wife to design a 3d figurine from the photos. I received the product before Valentine's day and the result was amazing. I was really happy and completely satisfied with the figurine that I received. When I gifted it to my wife, she hugged me and was really amazed at the quality of the work. It matched the photo of my wife exactly like I wanted. I want to thank the My3dSelfie team for this wonderful gift and timely delivery. The communication was perfect, their response time was quick. I would certainly recommend My3dSelfie to others.
