We ordered the figurine of our late furbaby and was told that we'd get to see the graphic file prior to it being printed for approval. Unfortunately it didn't happen as a result the figure we received was not exactly like her. We could have provided more pictures to have all angles covered but can only load 4 files and was told they will request more pictures if needed. Our dog was white but the colour came out as a greyish muddy white. The quality of the figurine is not exactly matching the prices paid (USD150 for a 4" size). And I guess these would work better for short hair dogs. Also you can't really trust their website reviews and the 4-5 stars reviews are displayed on their site. They screened out any 3 and below stars.

The product delivered to me is pretty good. The photos I provided of my grandmother were not of good quality. They were in black and white, not a digital one. However they were able to design the figurine with 85-90 percent accuracy. It is a 5 star work but I am giving 4 star in the review because of the 85-90% resemblance. They kept me apprised of the working of the figurine. I will be sure to order again from My3dSelfie soon!

I was initially cynical about the product that I would receive from My3dSelfie. I gave them photos of my wife to design a 3d figurine from the photos. I received the product before Valentine's day and the result was amazing. I was really happy and completely satisfied with the figurine that I received. When I gifted it to my wife, she hugged me and was really amazed at the quality of the work. It matched the photo of my wife exactly like I wanted. I want to thank the My3dSelfie team for this wonderful gift and timely delivery. The communication was perfect, their response time was quick. I would certainly recommend My3dSelfie to others. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a bust of our grandson for my wife for Christmas. Paid $50 extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery. It did not arrive until after Christmas. Was shipped USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. Anyone who absolutely has to meet a deadline would never ship via USPS. So my wife's major present was not there Christmas morning.
When the bust finally arrived we were very disappointed. Not only did it look like a generic boy much older than our grandson, it had red outlines around the hair and eyes, and it looked like he had lipstick on.
I got the extra shipping cost back by going through VISA. The people at MY3DSELFIE never offered even a partial refund, an apology, or to remake the bust.
I know 3D printing can be well done because my daughter has one that looks astonishingly like her... from another company.
I cannot recommend using MY3DSELFIE.

I was hoping to give my sister a unique gift for her birthday. I ordered my figurine well in advanced. I also provided professional photos ( I am a photographer). Two and a half months later I still hadn't received a delivery confirmation. When I inquired about the status several times, I was told a different excuse each time. The first excuse was it was being prepped for shipment, then the quality wasn't satisfactory so it was sent back to be redone, then the photos sent were poor in quality and for me to send more photos. I then requested to be refunded and that started another battle. So much for something special. I received very unprofessional responses to my inquires and the harassment in trying to have this company to return my money was a nightmare!

They did everything in their power to get me the item prior to Christmas, which was great. The sculpture was cute and my daughter liked it but it was not representative of the pictures I provided of the Corgi. The legs were a little long and it had a tail which it should not have.
