I've been ordering from John for awhile now. I've done both, met him in person at his store and ordered through the site. He's very knowledgeable and very welcoming. His filaments are definitely top notch, better than others that I have bought from, and I find ordering from his site very convenient. Delivery is quick, and everything arrives safely and well packaged. Definitely a top notch filament supplier!

I have been using iprint3D filaments for a few years now, and I am always satisfied with the filaments.
Excellent quality, never any air bubbles or disjointed segments, I know I'll be able to run the spool right to the end with no worries.

I only shop for in stock items, I order two of the same PETG because they are in stock and since there's no deal on shipping, ordering another spool makes it a better deal. Then two days later I get an email that the count has been reduced by one PETG spool. Shipping doesn't change, no offer of allowing to pick another spool. Lousy way to ensure customer loyalty IMHO.

Excellent customer service, product (Silver PLA) exceeded my expectations after trying many filaments in this price range and higher. Performed equal or better to products almost twice the cost. Looking forward to trying more varieties.

IPrint's ABS works great for our prototyping needs. Printing mainly large parts comprising several 3d printed sections using. 8 nozzle, 250 Hot end, 105 bed with glue stick plus ABS juice, enclosure at approx. 45 degree C.

Items were packaged well and arrived in a decent time considering distance travelled. Very good customer service, emailed after the sale to make sure everything was in order. I will definitely be ordering from iPrint 3D again!

Owner was happy to answer any beginner questions I had about 3d printing and he is locally beating Amazon pricing for filament, what more could you ask for.

Found it easy to place my order online. Items arrived just a little over 1 week. Got items well before X'mas. Filament is for my brother. He'll be a happy camper. Was worried about Canada post, but everything went great. Merry X'mas.

I received everything as expected with a good package tracking service even if I use the more basic/cheap Canada Post option, it take about 1 week from Alberta to Quebec. The filament seem to be good quality too. I just printout one small piece for now.

Bought 5 colours of their premium PLA. Colour is nice and constant and prints very easily. Fast delivery and the price was excellent. Also received a follow-up email making sure I was happy with my purchase, so I'm sure customer service is good as well.

I've made a few purchases from iPrint 3D and have had positive experiences every time. I prefer to pick up my purchases and it has always been easy for me to make arrangements to do that. Would absolutely recommend.

Brochures and telephone enquiries talk about having a large selection of filament choices. However, when visiting the store, the selection is fairly limited as they seem to be sold out of most items.
Perhaps this is just a temporary thing, but speaking with other customers, this is apparently a common occurrence.

After buying supplies online from China and waiting forever for them I stumbled across iprint-3d on a google search while we were in Edmonton. Stocked up and was extremely pleased with the service and the prices, already printed about half a roll of PLA and the product quality is great. No more waiting for supplies for me.

My experience with iPrint has been nothing short of phenomenal. It's certainly a breath of fresh air. Price was excellent, shipping was very reasonable, focus on customer service is terrific, and shipping time was "holy crap, it's here already?!"

Im between printers right now so I havent had a chance to try the filament I purchased yet. A friend who suggested iPrint to me has shown me his work with iPrint products and seems to work very well. Looking forward to trying out on my next printer.

I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a Canadian manufacturer and bought directly from them.

Service was great, so was communication. Shipping was fast too!

I loved dealing with iPrint 3D. Their CEO contacted me not once but a couple of times after each purchase, thanking me and letting me know he was available for any questions. On my second purchase, he not only thanked me again, but enclosed quite a few well packaged samples of some materials to try out. The quality is awesome and the price can't be beat anywhere I've looked for the PLA I ordered.
