I ordered the products online with the advertised understanding the products would arrive within a couple of days like the transaction stated. I only received notification my order went through but found out later that 2 days was more like 14 days. Very frustrated.

Great site easy to navigate. Wish I knew about you awhile ago... nice to buy from a Canadian business.
It would be nice in the cart menu if 'continue shopping' would put you to the last page you were on. Also in the filament details page to have your sku# (easy for re-ordering based off boxes from previous shipments).

The order processing and shipping was fast. I ordered from Amazon in the past so I already knew the filament quality. There is a lot more choices on the iPrint website than Amazon and the price is lower. This is now my primary source of filaments.

I was very pleased with iPrint 3d's office. It was organized, clean, and had good stock on hand, even had colors that I wasn't expecting! They also had several 3d printers printing artwork which was cool to see.

I have never had an order be filled and delivered so quickly... inspite of the seasonal rush. Product works as it should and follow-up from the store was unexpected and prompt when I submitted an inquiry! Well done.

First time order and filament works as expected. Will purchase from them again in the future. But if you wish a person to rate allow them to rate in less them 100 letters. If there is a minimum most will opt out.

I'm very pleased with the filament from iprint. I have tried the PET, PC+, and PLA and all print excellent. Nice finish. Ordered the nylon as well but haven't tried it as of yet. I'm sure it will work well once a person fine tunes the settings as with any filament.

I ordered some gift cards for my husband as an Xmas gift. John talked me through the process & answered all my questions. He was excellent to deal with and the process was a breeze! Will definitely order gift cards through the site again.

Was looking for a local suppler and found iPrint on line. Went to there new location and was surprised to see a massive inventory of filament. I took a chance and purchased several reals, WOW prints well although at a lower temp then others. The staff was friendly and helpful even while moving in to there new location and it being there opening day.

Fast customer service. From processing the order to shipping, they had it done within a few hours. The only thing that may improve service would be alternative shipping options. (DHL, PUROLATOR, UPS, ETC.)

The person I contacted at iPrint 3D, he was very helpful, very informative, and helped steer me toward the best product for my projects. He also was receptive for new products and new packaging for his products. The products were shipped for free on the same day I ordered them even though it was a complicated order. I am very happy with this order.

Transparent spool lets you see how much filament you have left. Tried PETG and it printed as easily as my previous filament. Great selection of filaments and colors.

Impressed by the overall speed of delivery and attentiveness to me as a customer. Keeping me updated of the purchase through Messenger, was awesome. Competitive pricing, great filament and amazing customer service, has made me a loyal customer. The next time I need filament, I know where to go.

I was very happy with the delivery times of my order. The quality of the filament seems good, and I like the better quality of the rolls. The filament I was using for the last few years was good, but the change over to cheap cardboard rolls does not cut it anymore. IPrint 3D is competitive in price, and so far seems to be a better product.

Once my testing is done, I will be stocking up...
