Overall a great first time experience. Competitive pricing and shipping was free with promotion. Product was shipped same day as order and arrived quicker than estimated. Only flaw would be that one of the PETG filament rolls vacuum seal was broken from damage during shipping but that is easily remedied with a new zip-lock bag. Looks like the package was stabbed with something sharp, which I didn't notice until after I opened it. Print quality seems fine, no moisture popping. Iprint-3D seems like a very professional company, I received a personal email from the owner welcoming me. Will definitely purchase more filament from John.

The filament is producing consistent results and the prices are on point. While I would love to see sample prints to better understand the final appearance especially with translucent materials I get that would be cost prohibitive.
I was blown away by how well it printed 1st time around after leveling the bed. I successfully printed a guitar and a ukulele among other very successful prints. Lately however, I'm getting quite a bit of spaghetti going on. The prints are sticking to the bed very well (I love the bed surface for PLA). I just got some new filament, so I'm hoping this will straighten things out.
First time orderedthrough Amazon on Friday afternoon and got to my door on! Sunday morning. Now, this again was ordered on Friday but from the iPrint site directly and shipping by Crappy Canada post (anyone by foot would deliver faster). A week later, the package is still sitting in Winnipeg. As per their estimate, it would take about a week and a half to deliver. I cannot work with such delivery delay. Takes faster to go get filament from local store and will get to same price (fillament+shipping) vs (filament +gas). Sorry for this rating but product might be good, if shipping is innaceptable, result is poor.
It took three dispatches for me to get the right filament I ordered. The first two were from a flawed batch. I paid only once.
In the end they came through.
Very rude. With customer service like that, this local business will not last long. Will not be going back. Would rather pay a premium than deal with negativity like that.
I purchased 8 different PLA filaments from iPrint 3D. I didn't really have any particular expectations given the low prices. Was pleasantly surprised to find that all of the filaments have been amazing to print with. I definitely recommend this store.
This is my second time purchasing from them except this time it was directly from them and not through amazon. I purchased 4 filaments from iPrint 3D. The tracking option on their website was very useful. They came in about a week to Ontario with the flat fee.
The packaging feels quality and inside the boxes there is a paper stating all the recommended temperatures for each type of filament. Also included inside was a 10% off coupon for my next purchase.
Happy customer, will be using them agian for sure.

I ordered 9 rolls and when I finalized my order I got a call the next day because one of the colours I picked was out of stock. It was very considerate for them to call me directly to fix the issue as fast as possible. Amazing service. The filament itself prints great and I haven't had any issues
What can I say there is a reason I give them a 5 out of 5, There customer service is excellent. Everytime I place an order, John has my order ready in as little as 20 mins, as that's how long it takes me to drive there to pick it up. He's always friendly when I arrive, and asks what I'm printing as he prints also, which is great because it also shows they have an interest in printing.
Ordered a few different filaments to test. I love the petg prints so well. Abs was good. I have yet to try the PVA. Great prices and the spool is awesome. The spool is clear with approx length markers to aid in determining if you have enough for the next print not to mention suggested print speed and temps.
Arrived as expected packaged well. Looking forward to testing some carbon fiber and pla in future orders
After having an awful experience with a printer I bought online, all I can say is that it is nice to have someone local to ask questions and troubleshoot should any problems arise. Their printer has been great and service impeccable.
John was fantastic and provided me a great deal of food for thought in regards to how i'm printing. The new building is nice but a bit odd to get to the first time for my pick up. The filament on the other hand is divine and the easiest stuff I've worked with to date with a nice rich colour after printing.
I was able to have 3D printed the right tool to make a painstakingly tedious job go so much quicker... it was perfect and I was amazed at the lightning fast turnaround time for me to pickup my design! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!
I'm extremely lucky to be located in the same city so I was able to pick up my order within a couple of hours of placing the order. The product is excellent quality and prints beautifully. The price was low as well and therefore the value is outstanding. I highly recommend iPrint 3D.
Purchased a bunch of filament and has been better quality than previous filament I was using, less issues. Customer service was excellent and answered all of the questions I had. I will definitely be purchasing future supplies from here
I had an amazing first shopping experience with Iprint3D, I ordered 10 rolls on my first order. I just received the shipment today so no comment on the product yet but the price is very affordable.
I did wonder after a few days after my order said it was shipped where it was because I am not far from their warehouse. When I sent them an email to find out where my order was, it was only 15 min. Later and the owner of the company personally called me to let me know how their ordering system worked and looked up my order and let me know exactly when if left his shop. He even gave me pointers and what to expect when using some filaments I have never used before.
