Filament arrived a couple days early and has worked very well for the projects I was working on. Customer service was excellent, answering the questions I had promptly and thoroughly.
Although iPrint 3D was unable to supply the 2.85 mm filament that I was looking for, John was great to work with.

Overall a great first time experience. Competitive pricing and shipping was free with promotion. Product was shipped same day as order and arrived quicker than estimated. Only flaw would be that one of the PETG filament rolls vacuum seal was broken from damage during shipping but that is easily remedied with a new zip-lock bag. Looks like the package was stabbed with something sharp, which I didn't notice until after I opened it. Print quality seems fine, no moisture popping. Iprint-3D seems like a very professional company, I received a personal email from the owner welcoming me. Will definitely purchase more filament from John.

I loved dealing with iPrint 3D. Their CEO contacted me not once but a couple of times after each purchase, thanking me and letting me know he was available for any questions. On my second purchase, he not only thanked me again, but enclosed quite a few well packaged samples of some materials to try out. The quality is awesome and the price can't be beat anywhere I've looked for the PLA I ordered.
I was able to pickup my order within 2 hours of placing it, very pleased. I've printed about a spool since getting my order and it's done fine so far.
Filament came next day. I have been printing with it for 2 weeks now and haven't had any problems. Would recommend!
Only purchased PLA so far but no issues with printing. Deliveries have been on par with Amazon Prime and prices better. Will purchase again.

Great product the fact i can place an order in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon is amazing. And i cant find a place that beats Iprint 3d prices cant wait to try more products.
What can I say there is a reason I give them a 5 out of 5, There customer service is excellent. Everytime I place an order, John has my order ready in as little as 20 mins, as that's how long it takes me to drive there to pick it up. He's always friendly when I arrive, and asks what I'm printing as he prints also, which is great because it also shows they have an interest in printing.
The products they have are top notch. Questions are answered in a very friendly and expeditious manner. Customer service is impressive and reliable. I highly recommend to try them for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
