Bought sears home warranty and need repair. Been waiting 4 days with no reply. It's not sears you're dealing with. First I go thru Cinch, the middle man, than to Nana service, No phone numbers and no reply The brochure says easy as 1-2-3 with number to schedule service. But that number tells you to go online to schedule appointment but again, NO REPLY. THE MOST AGGRAVATING DEAL! DO NOT PURCHASE.

I have a sears home warranty waste of money all i get is a around they supposed to get some one to fix my gas stove they called be back and said they could not find anyone to fix it they told me to find someone to fix it and they would return my money and all i get is a runaround
