THE TOOL DOESN'T CUT TO WITHIN THE TOLERANCE ZONE OF THE PITCH DIAMETER IT SPECIFIES. SHIPPING WAS TIMELY AND THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF THE TOOL DID WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO.

Not sure of quality yet as they just arrived and haven't worn them yet. Look warm and thick hopefully they are

I had a great order, I received my shipment a lot quicker than expected and I was provided all information needed.

Software could be better. At the start it wanted an email address but didn't tell me it wanted an email address till I put in something else.

Parts was on back order. Was not a rush item but I was not told that it was out of stock till I called to find out why we had not received it yet.

Only thing I would change is having the price of the shipment on the invoice that came with the box.

Order was shipped to my home address, not my business. When I called, the person I spoke with was not helpful at all.

Ordered a 3 1/2" hole saw. They sent me a tape measure instead.
The hole saw arrived two weeks after the initial order.

Exactly what I needed. Found the pieces quickly. I could not find pieces were not available on other sites.

I think that too many e-mails are sent for each order. One confirmation e-mail is all that is needed. We all receive enough e-mail as it is.

Very prompt service and delivery. The company made first contact and stayed in contact until delivery. I am very satisfied overall.
