Ordered on the 19th October. Had to wait 2 weeks to get a tracking number that didnt work. Owner didnt respond to emails. Asked numerous times for a refund. Had to get my bank involved. Still waiting for a refund. Refuses to answer emails and has taken down her facebook page.
The sheer lack of communication from this owner makes me completely lose trust in small local business. I wish i read these reviews before considering buying from this place.
I placed an order at the end of October for my friend's baby shower. Two weeks later and the order has not shipped yet and the company is now closed for a 3 month Christmas break. I lodged a query through PayPal and received a refund but am unimpressed with how this company operates. Would not recommend to anyone as it was a stressful experience.
I placed an order and received the wrong item around 2 weeks later. When I went to the website to find contact details, the website has been shut down. There are many many reviews of people not receiving their order and finding the same problem regarding no correspondence/ the company just 'disappearing'.
Ordered 2 weeks ago, was notified that it was shipped 10 days ago. Was excited for the items but just got an email stating my items were unavailable and I'm being refunded. Why did it tell me it was shipped 10 days ago?! Appreciate the refund but disappointed that I wasted my time selecting and waiting for these items.
This is the most ridiculous company.

I ordered online snugglehoneykids products and waited for 14 business days delivery. I sent two emails. One email said we will send products as soon as possible. The second email was not replied too. The website says closed for summer!

You can complain to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au. I have contacted snugglehoney kids too.
A simple refund is all I asked for.
Ordered 3 weeks ago, nil reply to emails and nothing shipped. Received an auspost tracking saying they'd basically been informed of the parcel but it was never sent to them. So distressed over this! Ordered 4 weeks prior to birth for a reason, and now won't have any wraps or beanies for my pending birth. It's not okay to do this to expectant mums. Now social media and website have shut down. Great work guys
Same as others here, purchased an item from this seller, it has not arrived. About two weeks after purchase I was sent a fake tracking number. I have contacted the seller twice, the website and social media is now shut down for summer and I feel sick about it.

They ignore their customers, send false ‘shipped' emails then get angry at you when you find other methods to contact them. Turns out my order was never shipped two weeks ago and funnily enough have been issued a refund within 60seconds of attempting to call. Absolutely disgusting customer service and such a shame that they're scamming Mumma's out there!
I ordered over $130 worth of items over 3 weeks ago. After a week and a half I was provided with an Australian Post tracking number which was apparently sent via Express Post. The tracking number is completely fake and Australia Post has never collected the parcel. I have emailed no less than 5 times and all emails are ignored. Their site is now convenient "closed for summer" and I have no faith my products will ever be sent or received... I will definitely be lodging a complaint and if they don't refund my money shortly will be seeking a refund from my bank and will lodge a theft/fraud complaint against them.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago i then recieved a dodgy tracking number over 2 weeks later which never worked and company have ignored my email attempts to get a legit tracking number or my order or refund. Very dissapointed. This company is obviously a scam. Website now says shut down for summer and im down $130 on items i could have purchased elsewhere. Very cranky and dissapointed.
I ordered my products 5/11/20 then i received an email the same day to say my order was shipped with a tracking number, tracking number does not work, seems like they have taken my money but I wont receive my goods. Try to log into my account on line, and cant even do that, the link has been taken down. Tried to email them but email bounced back. NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

I placed 2 orders. One which was "shipped" 12 days after ordering, turns out they never even shipped it and ended up refunding the order. Her excuse was she was too pregnant to go down to the post office... a week after stating it had been shipped.
My other order she refunded 2 weeks later.
4 emails and not once did they reply to me! I reached out on Instagram and was told to " leave them alone". Other mums from my pregnancy group have had the same issues. It's very upsetting, and the wordings used from them was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
I ordered 2 dresses over 2 weeks ago. It took over a week for them to pack the order, then I got the shipment notice but it took the courier 4 days to collect and over 8 days later still nothing. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
