“Very disappointing”

Hi,

I ordered online snugglehoneykids products and waited for 14 business days delivery. I sent two emails. One email said we will send products as soon as possible. The second email was not replied too. The website says closed for summer!

I found a registered business number for Mummaplusbubba - 21 603 694 895
If you look up abr.business.gov.au
You can complain to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au. I have contacted snugglehoney kids too.
A simple refund is all I asked for.
