I was bought at 19.11.2021 agos my order ******* payment 52.33$ my VISA************** 09/26 my Gmail: *******@gmail.com. And they was blocked my account in mtcgame. Please now refund to me. Becaus in my wallet not money only 0.01$ I can't do anything without money. I am a person iam not Dog.

They dont understand english. First they delay the delivery and try to talk around about they will contact with the admin. They asked for a refund but didnt do it at the end.

I spent 4 hours with their online chat and it seems their goal is to take your money and then wear you down in online chat with broken English until you give up.

So a few days ago I ordered a 3 month card from this scam a** place I never received a code or any damn thing only a txt message asking to verify my number wtf for it's been 4 days tried emailing no luck support chat doesn't work PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!

At fist I wasn't sure to trust this website or not as I had bad experiences in the past from purchasing games or codes online. But after minutes of hesitations I decided to test MTC. Unfortunately I didn't get my code instantaneously. I started to freak out that maybe I got somehow ripped off …

I purchased 5,000 Fortnite Vbucks on the 23rd Dec 2022, Afterwards i was told to take a selfie before i receive the units, which i duly declined. I have purchased items online including Vbucks but never have i heard that one has to take a selfie. I was not comfortable with that and requested a refund same 23rd Dec. However all i keep hearing from MTC anytime am chatting with customer care is that they would refer my case to the Admin. This is 16th January and up until now, no refund. I think this is really unacceptable and unfair to me the customer. That was my first time trying to buy an item from MTC for my 9 year old son to play his Fortnite game. He was really disappointed.

I contacted support regarding an order, and support 49 replied immediately and helped me solve my issue. I am very satisfied with the help I received!

He helped fixing a problem with dns and he was a nice guy but i hope next time it will be faster in fixing the problem but as long as it got fixed i can't complain
