My initial purchase of a program from Mspy didn't function as expected on the intended phone. However, when I reached out to Mspy's support team, they quickly came to my aid. Their representative was not only amiable but also highly skilled. To my delight, I received a refund within the same week and experienced no issues when opting for a different product. Mspy's support service was truly commendable.

I'm going on as many sites to expose these frauds. Their app is lousy and if you notice they try to suppress honest reviews with their bot reviews. They take renewal subscriptions 4 months ahead of when they are due. So if you pay for a 12 month subscription your really paying for 8 months or in my case I guess I was lucky for 11 months before I got charged again. Ask for a refund? Don't make me laugh. Don't bother with this app unless you enjoy stress and migraines.

I've purchased an annual plan with mAssistance plan,when connecting the required devices the tracking service which is advertised in the website is not available! None of features is working! Don't waste time and money. The team billing replays within 24 hours but in vain. Since November 21, I had texted the billing team and made many refund request statements. On December 3, they assigned me new ticket id(as shown on screen shot image). I didn't use the app at all. Today is December 5, the team billing still ignores my request of refund. To be honest,I will update my review if there recent news.

All these positive reviews are a joke. The majority of features don't work and if you need assistance you have to pay for anything beyond the service rep copy/pasting the useless documents that didn't even make sense. I used to use spyzie and was MUCH happier with their reliability and customer service!

If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go.
1) Very complicated and long setup, some functions can be set up only with the help of support. At the same time there are other services that are set up by themselves, in automatic mode.
2) I paid the "extreme" tariff and additional support. But in order to configure the functions I need such as environment recording and camera access I was offered to wait a month! In the end, these functions never worked. Call recording also did not work.
3) Control sms-delay of more than two days
4) Constant need to make calls to ******* from the target device to restore the lost connection.
5) Support service can be contacted only by mail, and it responds only after three days (even though I paid for additional support).
Don't waste your money on this product, it's as good as throwing it away.
I never got my money back for the service that didn't work, although the developer claims a 14-day refund period in case of problems.
In the end, I bought another service, which 1) was cheaper 2) automatically configured 3) all functions worked at once 4) support responded online.

The picture the homepage of their website depicts a cellphone screen showing mapping, messages, etc. when in reality you need to use a laptop to see the bulk of the info most parents would be looking for. That laptop also needs to be connected to the same wifi as the phone mspy is on, so if the phone is being used in a different location as the laptop, you want get realtime information. I requested a refund within hours of purchase - it's been days and I haven't heard a thing. Save your money and find a different product.

I've contacted them many times. Location accuracy is poor. This weekend the phone never left the house, but the app said it was over a half mile away so many times. Sometimes it doesn't update the location for 8 hours, despite the phone being outside and in an unobstructed area some of that time. It updates messages after 6 or more hours, even though the phone has full service 24 hours a day and it's set for 15 minutes. Same with phone calls. When you ask for help you get the same canned responses. Check for this, change this, uninstall and reinstall the app. If it were a free app I could understand but it's expensive, too expensive to not work even somewhat right. Attached picture shows how far away the app says the phone is, when it literally hasn't moved all day

All the features you see on the website are not "remote access" as they claim. It requires backup and is not live which means if your child is in danger they can delete the data and you will never know if they are truly safe.
They claim it works for android/iphone which is BS.
Customer service team is horrendous, app couldnt be downloaded on the mobile > app couldnt be used on desktop "synchronization fails" consistently despite following all instructions. Asked me to re-install, tried and failed. Tried on another laptop and another device also failed.
Final solution they gave me is "get you child an android phone instead of an iphone"

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. They take days, sometimes a week to respond. You cannot call and talk to a live person. They only offer chat that you have to schedule. The app doesn't do what they advertise. I spent over $300 and they have refused to refund me even after following all their instructions. Do NOT buy!

The installed app does not work. They promise you the moon but deliver spam (expired at that). When you discover it doesn't work, they refuse to refund your money. I hope the people perpetrating this fraud find a special place in hell. I would be interested in anyone considering a class action against this company

This was a total rip off. I paid 139.99 for this piece of crap. You have to literally have an Apple ID and Apple password of the device being monitored. Same is true for android. If I had the monitored device's Apple username and password, I would not need this app. I hope they give me a refund! Also did they DId not say anything about monitoring kids, but if you see the last pic, now they want to mention indirectly that it is to monitor kids by saying "enter kids Apple ID" on the Apple ID part. I will keep everyone posted to see if they give me a refund! If they don't, I will post more stuff about them!

We purchased this software a week and a half ago to monitor our teenage son's phone. We thoroughly read the website and confirmed with both the website and technical support that our son's phone was compatible. After a week of attempting to install the software, someone from the "live chat" feature finally helped. Since installation, it has done nothing. I thought it must be user error until I was finally able to get another customer service rep on "live chat" last night. She informed me that because of Apple's upgrade to two-factor identification, none of the features we purchased the product for work. I asked why their website still claims it does, particularly since the two factor identification is not even close to a new upgrade, and she replied that it would "be taken down soon".
She further informed me that they have a fix coming in 3-6 months! Considering there are complaints on here from the summer, with responses from the MSpy Team in December of 2020 stating that this issue has already been resolved; I'm not going to hold my breath.
There is no live person to speak to, all options on their customer service line either hang up or say no one is available (without the ability to leave a voice mail), and they do not respond to any emails sent to ANY of their departments. I will be filing reviews and complaints anywhere possible at this point. Happy to share screenshots of all of these statements from the chat if anyone is in need. I will be combining them with the responses I am finding on these pages from MSpy.

**UPDATE: After I refuse the 25% refund, then 50% refund and lastly the 75% refund and kept on insisting on a full refund for the unauthorized debit and informed them that I will report the issue to my bank they did refund me the full amount they deducted in December 2023.**
At first, I was impressed with the app and were more than willing to pay the €178 subscription for a year. This was ending April 2023, on 23 December 2023 a debit went off my account for €209.09, this is a 4-month premature debit, and they over charged me. I went onto the website and removed the automatic renewal and contact them to inform them that they charged me 4 months prematurely. They apologized and offered me 3 months free extension on my subscription but refuse to refund the premature debit. I am a single mom and have to budget for ever €1 that I spend, a premature debit of that amount causes financial strain.

If you buy the product, go change the automatic renewal ASAP because they debit you prematurely and then refuse to refund because of the NO Refund policy on subscription renewals.
