Complete scam! Haven't you read the comments? Do you ignore all the comments and go on purchasing from a company with bad reputation? The issue is that they spend a lot of money marketing and faking comments, but they can never hide all the angry customers that post reviews all over the internet.

I would not recommend this company. Most parents will find that they either need to jailbreak or root the phone in question in order to get the information they need. What mspy will not tell you is that you will void the warranty on your phone and open it to viruses, spyware, malware, etc. They have written their refund policy in such a way as to basically not have to refund anyone. That's been my personal experience. Others who have reviewed have found the product did not work as advertised. I'd move on to another company. My friend found one that worked identically and cost half the price.
