I fell for the scam. Very nice looking website, read through all of their caveats to ensure I met all of the criteria, I had physical access to the phone, knew my daughters passwords and icloud password, not jailbroken etc. Once they had my money, within 5 minutes it was obvious it wasn't going to work. Began a chat dialogue immediately and was told by support that it wasn't going to work as expected yet, but just give them 3 months as they were still developing it. Needless to say when I filed immediately for an immediate refund it was denied. I am taking this up with my credit card company to deny the charge as the goods/services were not as advertised. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.
If you believe the positive reviews aren't paid for and fake then I guess nothing will change your mind.
I bought this to monitor my daughters phone. Their website states "no jailbreak required." After I purchased it, I couldn't install it because two factor authentication was turned on. I called Apple to disable it, but was told it could not be disabled. I emailed mspy the same day I purchased this for a refund. I was told I could not be refunded because it is possible to put the software on the phone if I jailbreak it, even though their website states no jailbreak required. If you're looking for a program to monitor a phone I suggest Bark or webwatcher. I did free trials of both and they both worked without any problems. Their customer service was great too. The bark was easier to use, but the webwatcher caught deleted text messages so I chose to keep that program.

Kept wanting me to change ID to pull text msgs...
Hassle so asked for refund after accepting 2x support. Said they fixed problem did not.
Does not work w apple products due to security apple uses.

Contrary to what is advertised on their website, many of the features do not work on an iPhone unless you jailbreak the phone, which leaves it open to the installation of malware and viruses. They did offer technical assistance to jailbreak the iPhone, but refused to offer a refund of the software because I chose not to jailbreak the phone.

I signed up for what i thought was a trial of the mSpy software. My impression of this were based on the multiple big green buttons on their website with the words "Try". I wanted to use the software to monitor iPhone messages. Once I signed up, I found out that the only way their software can do this is to either jailbreak the phone or use iPhone backups. Neither is a solution for me. I went to cancel my trial, having used the software for 30-60 minutes and found out that they do not have a trail. I paid for an entire year of the software and would not be refunded my money. Their customer service referred me to details in their terms of service agreement.
I wouldn't be more disappointed here. Putting multiple trial buttons on your homepage, only to have the fact that there is no trial buried in your terms of service is just not a good business practice.
If this company is manipulative on something as simple and basic as a software trial, who knows what else they are doing.
Briana Molligan helped me fix the issue, i was struggling to download the app on my phone.
It is more than 24 hours no one was able to help me and i was transferred from one specialist to another and everyone pointed me to a procedure that was not working until Briana installed the app remotely and enabled the app.
Her service was very good and she answered all my questions.

I have received best remote assistance ever from miss Morgan, she patiently explained things I have to do, even after several not successful attempts from my side she insisted on repeating the procedure until we will got the result, properly installed software is working on the device for almost full month, Morgan I appreciate that, thank you for being so patient and for forcing me to make one more try.
DON'T Buy! Will not work on iPhones. You'll need 100% access to the phone to do anything. Constant trust issues. Will not sync over Wi-Fi. Need constant access to iCloud credentials, emails person notifying them. USB sync is required for social media. IPhone runs iOS 15.7.1 or higher then you'll have to enter the Passcode on the iPhone each time.

Usually the app doesn't work. And the tech support will suggest to you that you need to pay more for a better software. What does it mean? It means that the app is a big lie. They keep milking you of money. The first app you get is not working at all. All the benefits listed on their website is not included with your initial payment. The software doesn't work unless you keep paying for more.
I suggest making a complain with the District Attorney office, for the ripoff.

Firstly it was falsely advertising, I paid a hefty fee and I would like a refund as this is too costly and I would like a refund. There's no help getting this done. I did the payment a few hours ago.

This app was a total lifesaver for my son. Our school administration wasn't doing anything about bullying, so I used mSpy to get concrete evidence and put a stop to it.

We hired a new nanny for our toddler, and mSpy gave us some peace of mind. We used the call recorder to listen in on a few interactions and were happy to hear her patience and kindness with our son.
I purchased this app to monitor both my sons iPhones. However, they do not monitor the apps they advertise (snapchat, instagram, etc). It does NOT work on iPhones! I tried to get help, but you need to purchase an additional package to speak to someone. I reached someone via email but they told me I needed an additional app to make it work. They advertise a 14-day refund policy, so on the same day I purchased this app I emailed to cancel and get a refund. I purchased two apps at $199 for each phone.
It has now been 6 days from purchase and I receive an email stating that I only qualify for a 30% refund. Excuse me, I asked for the refund within hours of purchase and noticing that it did NOT WORK on iPhones. Their advertising and website details are FALSE, so BEWARE.
