I had a hard to find part that I had to have ASAP, the team at mroelectric helped me thru the process, I would say they held my hand and bent over backwards to get my order processed and sent out same day, super customer service.

I was satisfied with the quote I received - received in a timely manner.
The part we ordered was in better condition than I could have hoped. The price was reasonable, and the associate I dealt with was great. Shipping was fast, could not have asked for a better deal.
I bought my new FANUC drive here and had a great experience. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me or anything like that. They were genuinely interested in what I was looking for and they helped me to find it without being pushy. Great company.
