I was in a pinch and needed a replacement VFD fast. I overnighted my drive to them so they could get the information out of it and I received the replacement drive at 8:00 the next morning. Wow! That is just what I needed - an unreasonably fast turn-around.

Zach Snipes was very helpful. I stated that I need to expedite the order and that is exactly what he did.
